Akt Enterprise — captcha typing

I have applied job in quikr and got call from akt enterprise and given me to do 7000 captcha with 90% accuracy and the report given all are wrong and i called them the phone was switched off and no body was responding and now they blackmailing with some local advocate that they have filed the complaint in the nearby police station and blackmailing us... Via mail and calls
As per agreement the amount for 5100 that too not taken in written and forced to do online and no agreement was shared
Pls help how should i come out from this scam as they are torchaling daily...

Pls help me to resolve the same...
