Alagappa University — Illiterates

I am from Kerala. I called University to enquire about paying exam fees through online, and some stupid person on the other side knows only Tamil. He don't even manage to transfer or handover the call to someone who is educated. He don't even know English, I think only Rajni Kanth knows English. Such a horrible experience for me. In future, I believe no one from Kerala will enroll for any course as regular or distance in this University.
