On May 2022 I paid them exam fee for distance education, however initially it showed failed twice hence I reattempted the payment.

Later when I raised the complaint to my bank and explored that the amount has got credited to the University thrice.

Hence I was waiting and raised a complaint even in person. Still no action is taken.

I have sent more than 10 mails and contacting everywhere what they said to raise even i have done that but ticket are also pending amd it isy last two semesters left. i dont know my result and didn't evrn recieved any marksheet yet. all they sgare mail link for fees submission. they don't even if the students are trying to reach countless time. if i had known this would happened i would never got admission for onpone programme. they haven't even updated my address and my phone number.

Not responding to my email or phone call about the multiple deduction of my exam fee for my final year exam in the stream of M.A. English literature.

I am following about my complaint about their one of learning centre charging extra fee than normal fee which is mentioned in alagappa university official website, since august 7 2023 to till now.none respond received.

I Request the Transcript for PR process Canada, July 1st week we went to the University and Done with all Formalities and pay the money for Transcript. I Need the Tracking Number for Postal. Who Send the transcript for cananda. but they never give proper response, cut the call, shout wit my mother in call, not answering for the request.

For fees payment they are not allowing us to write university exam but we already paid 1 st year full fees and exam fees also but now they are asking for 2nd year fees. If we pay only they will allow us to write exam. For please they are mentally distributing us. Sir / maam please take any action against it. This is a request from all the students

I am unsure as to why my earlier request was marked as resolved.

Kindly dispatch the degree certificate as it is needed to keep up with my job. Private companies demand the main degree certificate and your university is holding it in the name of so called convocation which God knows when will happen.
Understand the plight of students and release the necessary certificates as our careers are at stake. since 2019, I am following up for the degree certificate via mail with no luck yet.

They are not even following up for examination fees, or pending documents and books are also not being sent...for January exams we didn't get any books yet and there no proper information or intimation regarding exam fees or anything...now they are telling exam dates are gone! Worst experience

This is a Fraud University.

I joined this for Online MBA July 2021 Batch. So far they have not conducted a single exam. I feel like cheated.

Their support team is behaving like goons. Stay away from this....

I have completed my Masters degree during[protected] at ALAGAPPA UNIVERSITY KARAIKUDI. Till now I've received only consolidated & provisional certificates. I am now doing a Masters in Technology at COCHIN UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY which is about to finish by 29/June/2022.
We were forced to not do our final year presentation due to not providing the DEGREE CERTIFICATE in time. When I frequently contacted the Alagappa University authorities, they kept saying the degree certificate will only be given after convocation and they have not decided when it'll happen. It has been 2.5 years since I completed my degree. It's really high time to submit the degree certificate for the completion of my course as well as our admission procedures at COCHIN UNIVERSITY. Now I'm in a situation where there are high chances of cancelling the whole admission or else losing a year without my fault.

I KNOW MORE STUDENTS HAVE BEEN ADVERSLY AFFECTED BY THE ACTIONS OF THE UNIVERSUTY AND KINDLY REQUEST TO CONTACT, IF SOMEONE FACING WITH SIMILAR ISSUES.

As per UGC Guidelines any affiliating University cannot enroll Parttime PhD students from Other states like Kerala Karnataka & Maharastra.
But Alagappa University is conducting entrance tests to teachers working in other states to enroll as PhD students as part time mode . Is it correct? The students who are enrolling from other states also reveal that Alagappa University study centres will help them somehow to correct this. Is it true? In such case all Universities in India can be permitted to follow this rule ...Teachers who got enrolled in 2019&2020 are telling the fees is rock bottom and doing PhD is managable ...this is not bringing a good name and reputation...this is just a doubt...if it is not true then it is good only

I am writing this with extreme depression.
I have completed my PG degree in[protected]. Still received only provisional certificate. I am now working in company and if I don't present my degree certificate within 1 month. I will lose my job. When I called University authorities, they were saying degree certificate will only given after convocation. It has been 2.5 years I completed my degree. How can you be so irresponsible ?

If the convocation is held on 2030, should the students wait till 2030... I am very much concerned about whole professionals working there about their eligibility. UGC must take action against this sick University.

I have seen that so many students are filing the same complaint. Why are are playing with student's life...what are you going to get by holding the certificate in your custody.

If any student is seeing this message please reply. Let's protest against this. And those who are going to study in there. Please please don't study there. You can get better universities on the same course

Myself Muthukumar P. I did my Postgraduate degree in Dept of industrial chemistry (Reg Number -[protected])from Alagappa University in the academic year[protected]. Till now we are waiting for convocation. I am in South Korea and came under a government fellowship next month is the deadline for degree certificate submission. Already they gave 5-times extension but this is the last and final opportunity. If I am not able to submit my degree certificate means my scholarship will be canceled. Most of the students are facing problems like me. Our only mistake did my degree in Alagappa university Karikudi Tamilnadu. Our all kind request is as soon as possible within the one month. Your response and action are most important for all students.

Thanking you for your Response. I have already submitted a letter like this five times so this is my last chance 72 people were selected from our country with me 71 out of 72 have submitted their degree certificates except me. I do not know what the situation is there but my condition is very worrying. All the students who came with me have submitted their certificates but as a student studying with a government grant, I cannot do research here beyond their legal schemes in Korean Government.

If you can roughly say when I will get the certificate (Convocation) until then as much as I can here do something I beg them to fall at your feet I beg you to do this for students like me. Please Sir.

I have completed MCA in 2018 and received the provisional certificate in 2020 and ever since I am requesting the COE, Alagappa University for the main Degree certificate which is required for me to produce in my company. But the response I got is that that degree certificate will be released after convocation.. I am tired of asking as to when is the convocation and what is the process for it but no luck.
Kindly understand the problem...
