Kindly note that I have invested money in alchemist infra realty scheme of rs-100000 dated 18.05.2012 with maturity date of 18.05.2018 towards an proportionate undivided share in land admeasuring an area of 1762.20 kanal, at behanta & tila, tehsil kolaras, district shivpuri, madhya pradesh. The policy tenure have ended on 18/05/2018 as well. Alchemist infra realty — maturity amount not received after the completion of policy tenure

We have already done so many follow-up and sent reminder to the concerned agent and company but did not hear anything from their side till date. Now the agent is missing and he is not picking up our calls as well.

We need our money back on priority basis.

Kindly note that i have invested money to 28 jan 2011rs-10000 after term 28jan 2020 share rs-30000 policy plans towards an proportionate undivided share in land admeasuring an area of 1762.20 kanal, at behanta & tila, tehsil kolaras, district shivpuri, madhya pradesh in your esteemed organization with allotment no. Airl/rd00145458. Both the policy tenures have ended on 28/01/2020 as well. Alchemist infra realty — maturity amount not received after the completion of policy tenure.

I, mrs archana agarwal, a senior citizen, housewife, bought the certificate of property from alchemist infra realty on 26th march 2013. It matured on 5.3.2016 but not yet received the amount. When i bought the certificate, i was 61 years old and thought that in 3 years of time the money will double and i will get the money back but i am 70 years old and need the money because my health is worsening day by day. The allotment number on the certificate is rx00039198/99. Please help me as i need the money for medicines and day to day living. The agent who help me to buy the certificate died in a train accident one year after the purchase of the policy. So i do not know how to get my money back. I do not know how you will contact me with the answer. It is my hard earned money. I am very poor, always tried to save bit by bit and then bought the certificates so that when i need it then i can use it in harsh times but did not know that i will never get it back. I am very depressed. Please help.

Please refund my amount invested through letter of allotment private placement date 24, 2004. Tenure of investment is completed. Earlier compani name was registered in name of turbo holding limited and now its in name of alchemist infra reality. So kindly advise. Please find the attached

I Biswajit Rana, I invested my money, but I don't receive the promise money my allotment no is RE00055808 so please give my money

My father invested ₹5000/- on 05/12/2009 vide allotment no. Airl/rcc0157891 which have matured on 05/12/2018. But i have not received maturity amount till date. The amount was deposited towards the development of plots in shivpuri, mp. The estimated value after development would be not less than ₹15000/- as per the company's statement.
He is entitled to the amount which should be made to me at the earliest.

So please release my payment on an urgent basis.

I deposited rs 5000/-on 1-2-13 to the company vide certificate no. Airl/re00421124 which have matured for rs 10000/- on 1-2-2019. But i have not received maturity amount till date. Theamount was deposited towards development of plots in mp. The estimated value after development would be not less than rs 10000/-asper companys statement. Iamentitled to the amount which plbe made to me at the earliest.

We, in my family invested money in the said company but after submitting through justice s. P talukdar committee.com site with all details. But got massage dt.04.02.20 noc to be submit who are joint holder, afterwards last 24.02.20 sent through speed post a individual problems to the nodal officer for update problems in your web site (Update link) but sorry to say dissatisfy me, still now unable to upload with noc.

I deposited rs. 50, 000/- on 08.02.2013 in your scheme (Certificate of property) being certificate no. Airl/re00421259 dated 08.02.2013 in the name of ashish verma, resident of h. No. 58 new defence colony p. O. Harjinder nagar distt:kanpur uttar pradesh-208007 and the said certificate was matured on 08.02.2019. But till know know no information or any other document have been provided.
Please guide and do the needfull

Myself sharmi chatterjee deposited 10k for allotment of proportionate undivided share in land and development charges for 6 yrs as per application no RE01210283 dated 23/08/2011. I want to know about its maturity disbursements. There is still no news regarding its maturity 3 yrs afetr the aforesaid period. I want to know about its status. Please notify me.

My scheme has matured on 28/03/2015. However i am yet to receive the matured amount and the mis of rs 1000 per moth is

My father invest rupees 105000 in Alchemist township India Limited vide certificate no TA02990830 and allotment noTY00014155 on30/1/2015. maturity date was 30/01/2018.But the company is yet not refunding the matured amount of rs105000/I am also working in this very company last10 years A huge numbers of investors invest their money in abovr said company through me.they are also still waited for theri matured amount which is yet to be refunded

I had invested rs. 20, 000/- in 'alchemist infra realty limited', vide certificate no. Re02228070 and allotment no. Airl/re00199097 on 07/09/2012. Maturity date was 07/09/2018. But, the company is yet not refunding the matured amount of rs. 40, 000/- i am also working in this very company last 10 years.
A huge numbers of investors invest their money in above said company through me. They are also still waited for their matured amount which is yet to be refunded.

Therefore, i request you to kindly solve this issue and obliged us.

I deposited Rs. 10, 000/- on 08.11.2010 in your scheme (Certificate of Property) being Certificate No.AIRL/RD00037900 dated 08.11.2010 in the name of Sanchita Chatterjee, resident of 355-357, G.T. Road (South), Block-D1, Cosmic Enclave, P.O. B. Garden, Howrah-711103 (West Bengal) and the said certificate was matured on 18.10.2016. I submitted the original documents with your Kolkata Office on 02.11.2016, but till date I have not received...

My father in law had invested his hard earn savings 25 lac in this company, his daily expenses is completely dependent on money what he receive as monthly income on this investment.

Now from last 3 yrs, he stopped receiving the same, now it has become very difficult for him to manage his basic expenses.

There is no update on refund, neither from company, nor from agent.

This is very very serious issue, even government is not intervening into this matter.

This will lead to put people on wrong path to recover their money.

I want a positive response from management on status of refund, if i don’t get proper response within 1 week, then i am human being & might lost my patience & get into any path to recover his hard earned money. Enough now.

This is to bring it to your kind notice, sir that, in spite of getting my matured on 16th september 2014, i have received the same on[protected] at ballygaunge office - kolkata, without a single paisa interest.

However the matured cheque was deposited in my bank account for clearance in the month of november - 2015 but it returned back by the bank for not having funds (Cheque bounced).

During this course of time my husband had undergone open heart bypass surgery in the month of november 2015, all the photo copies have been taken by your authorized representative (Agent, mr manik halder, ballygaunge branch kolkata office) for immediate disposal of the case but in vain. Not only this, inspite of repeated request to your ballygaunge office staff to expedite my case, they express their inability to do so.
Thus i approaching your goodself to grand my earnest due amount with due interest at earliest sir, felling which i would be left with no other alternatives but to approach the media and proper authority for the recovery of my amount sir.

Sir till date i am waiting for your reply.
