Sir/madam,
I am a agent of your company, i have deposited around 15 lac rupees but after 5years of maturity, i didn't get money of any of my client. Before 1year ago, i went aska branch, ganjam, odisha, 761110 but office was closed and manager didn't pick up phone. Please sir resolve my issue as soon as possible, at last i begging you don't ruined my life and family.

I have deposited Rs. 440000.00 to Alchemist Infra Realty Ltd. against allotment no :- AIRL/RX00022550 and AIRL/RXX0131341 and I am supposed to get back my money back by 07/03/2016.
Till today I have not received any communication regarding my payment.
Hence, please lodge a complain against alchemist infra realty ltd. and asked to process my case for payment.

Till today i have not received any communication regarding payment.

I had invested rs. 2, 00, 000/- in 'alchemist infra realty limited', vide certificate no. Re00242040 on 26/09/2012. Maturity date was 26/09/2018. But, sir, the company is not refunding money & the matter is subjudice. Please include my name in the list of investors so that i can get my money back. Presently, i have a medical condition & need to be operated at an earliest.

Please advice sir. We are in deep trouble.

The bond matured on 13.97.2017.,. And total maturity value is rs.3, 00, 000.00 other benifits and prelages has not been paid till date.

Applicant has approved the agent of company many time for the payment always keep on to wait for payment and you shall get it.

But after completed all formalities, i could not get the money till date. Agent tells only way to wait. But how much wait. And what will be the interest amount i lose in these period.#

Now request you to please advise ;
1. When we or our aouthorised person, advocate can see updated list, development agreement and identure to evaluate it's bond value as on inspection day.
This is notice under clause 6 of certificate condition.
2. Give specific date to have inspection by certificate holder.
3. Advise the bond value as on date.
4. Advise when your esteem company is going to pay the prematured valued amount of these 2 bond under reference.

Your positive reply shall creat a hope and build a healthy relation in this short coming financial crunches.

Above allotment certificate expired on 12/04/2018 with expected value of rs.100000/- (One Lakh), but till date i did'nt recd. Not a single paise nor any correspondence from your end. Copy of the above mentioned certificate along with all the relevant documents which is already received by your branch office Civil lines Allahabad received by Shiv Bahadur Patel Allahabad U.P. at[protected] . Copy of the receipt kept with me.

This is for your kind information that my father investment in alchemist the details of the fixed deposit is allotment no is - airl/rdd0151699
Executed on dated 24/03/2012 for an amount of rs 100, 000/-. But the company is not paying maturity amount of 200000 (Two lakh rupee) since the the maturity time was due on 24/03/2018. The detail of certificate of property here i am enclosing. So please the needful action regading this investment.

I and my wife had invested Rs 1 LaKH Each in ALCHEMIST INFRA REALTY LTD, I.E. Total Rupees 2 Lakhs in 2014 and were promised a return of minimum two lakhs Rupees per head on maturity in 2018. But till Date no money has been paid back to us, neither our principal amount of rupees One Lakh per head nor any interest on it and upon enquiry we found out that there is no Office for M/s ALCHEMIST anywhere in Kolkata where we invested nor anywhere...

I have invested rs 10, 000 on 03rd may 2011 and as per bond paper the maturity date is 03rd may 2017. We didn't receive any payment after maturity date passed.
Also i am unable to find to whom we should contact, please advise us further procedure and also advise us the contact address for gurgaon.

When i am asking for the refund to their agents, they are ignoring or saying lies that it will be refunded soon and that's happening till now.
I am very disappointed and belonging from a poor family and need the money fast.

So my question is that will i actually get my refund or not? Or such drama will go on.

I think if do not get solution, i will have to go to court with the help of central govt

I always contact regional office at kolkata but they are not getting any conversation with me. If suggest me how can i have get my mature amount from alchemist then i will very oblige.
