It has already been passed 1 year 5 months to go after maturity,, i have not received any amount from alchemist.
The original paper submitted already on 04.07.2019 at their office at 15, ganesh chandra avenue, kolkata-72.
We are from very general family and those amount are very important to us.

Please do register my complaint as in initiative.

I have purchased a certificate of property .the allotment letter AIRL/RE00426691 on dated07/02/2013 and it has been matured on 07/02.2019.I have many times requested to send the matured amount to my saving account too th local agent. but agent is not attend my problems.but the phone But he is not giving the payment
so you are requested to look into the matter

Above allotment certificate expired on 14/03/2018 with expected value of rs.4000/- (Fourthousand), but till date i did'nt recd. Not a single paise nor any correspondence from your end. Copy of the above mentioned certificate alongwith all the relevant documents which is already received by your branch office at 15, ganesh ch. Avenue, kolkata on 225/05/2018. Copy of the receipt kept with me.
Hope you will take necessary action in this regard and also oblige me.

Pls provide guwahati office address, l had invested in this company in the year 2009, but after maturity date on 2017, i went to guwahati office, alas the office has been closed since last 5/6 months, as informed by security guard of this building. After asking for new address, the security guard told me he don't know the new address of this office,. Pls let me know wheather i got my money back or not....

On 12-May-2012, from Alchemist Infra Reality Agent, Ratan Pal (Ph : [protected]), I have purchased a certificate of Property worth 1 Lakh, Allotment No. AIRL/ RE00042973 and as per agreement on 12-May-2018 I was supposed to get return of 2 Lakhs on expiry of tenture.

Its being almost around 1 year, I haven't receive a single amount from this company, I chased my agent but with no luck and hence raising this Grievance.

Here I have attached the scan copy of my certificate for your reference (address hidden for security purpose, can be provided if required). Requesting you to please look into this and do the needful.

One investment of rs 30000 has been matured since september 2018 and concerned certificate i have deposited in kolkata branch of your company. But till now have not got a single paisa from ur side. This is for your kind information that my allotment no. Airl/rd00013791 and my wife allotment no. Airl/rd00013790. The investment amount are rs.10000/- and rs.15000/- dated 01.10.2010 respectively. The maturity amount are rs. 20000/- and rs.30000/- dated 01.10.2016 respectively.in baranaga, 24 parganas (N) office has been closed before our maturity period.
All documents as per demand have submitted in ganes chandra avenue, kolkata office on dated 27.12.2018. Now this office also has been closed before one month.
Still now we have not received a single rupees from their side in our bank account. I will be obliged if our money return back.

My brother (Cousin) debabrata ghorai invested rs.3, 00, 000/- (Three lakhs) on mis on 06/09/2012 at midnapore office, wb. It was scheduled to be matured on 16/08/2015. But on the advice of the branch manager, it was re-invested and the maturity amount has not been received by him in spite of submission of the original certificate no. Allotment no. Rxx0097921 and bank particulars. The office is closed for several years. The family is almost starving. Kindly save the family from starvation.

I have invested rs 40000/- on 18/05/2012 in alchemist infra realty limited and received a certificate of property (Allotment no : ree0047444) with a maturity date of 18/05/2018 and maturity amount of rs 80000/-.

Till today i haven't received any refund from them and agent is also missing... I tried reaching the agent but his office is not there.

Kindly proceed my complaint and refund my amount on urgent basis...

After mature of my investment alchemist infra realty ltd. Issued a punjab national bank cheque (Ifs - punb0148800, chq. No '005114') dated 19/9/15 of value rs.3 lac same chq. Bounce while produced in my canara bank, bounced reason "insufficient fund". I informed to bokaro sec-4, branch office & they took back original alchemist chq. & one cancel chq. Of my canara bank account for direct transfer at my account through rtgs. They issued a receipt xerox copy of original chq. With stamp & sign along with letter on their letter head dtd.27/8/15. But till today i have not received same amount or information from them.

Allotment no. Rd00289865 and maturity date is showing as 21/05/2027, maturity amount 50000/ wanted to know whether we have to wait till maturity for the proceeds or need to withdraw now. If we have to wait can we get maturity value on due date. Can we receive any confirmation for getting maturity value on due date. We heard all offices closed except kolkata office so do we need to visit the office before. Please provide a clear information.

Alchemist infra realty — refund of matured money

This is for your kind information that i made investment in alchemist (Customer id: tyy0012664, tzz0013960 to 63) executed on dated may 2015 for an amount of total rs. 600000/- but on maturity they are saying nothing atleast and now their office is also being closed in asansol.
Pls lodge a complain against said company and help me out to get my maturity amount.

अवगत कराना है कि प्रार्थिनी द्वारा दिनांक 05.08.2013 द्वारा कस्टमर आईडी0 TC00155861 द्वारा इन्वेस्टमेंट किया गया था, जिसके सापेक्ष प्रार्थिनी को दिनांक 07.06.2018 को मु0 दस लाख रूपये का भुगतान कम्पनी द्वारा किया जाना था। जिसके भुगतान हेतु दावा प्रपत्रों को मूल रूप में दिनांक 11.07.2018 को कम्पनी में जमा करा दिया गया था।
उक्त के अतिरिक्त प्रार्थिनी द्वारा दिनांक 01.01.2016 द्वारा कस्टमर आईडी0 TXX0003021 द्वारा इन्वेस्टमेंट किया गया था, जिसके सापेक्ष प्रार्थिनी को दिनांक 11.12.2018 को मु0 चार लाख रूपये का भुगतान कम्पनी द्वारा किया जाना था। जिसके भुगतान हेतु दावा प्रपत्रों को मूल रूप में दिनांक 24.12.2018 को कम्पनी में जमा करा दिया गया था।
परंतु उक्त दोनों निवेश के सापेक्ष प्रार्थी को भुगतान नहीं किया गया है।
निवेदन के साथ अवगत कराना है कि प्रार्थिनी की पुत्री का विवाह माह मार्च में होना तय हुआ है, जिस हेतु प्रार्थिनी को उक्त धनराशि की अति आवश्यकता है। अतः उक्त दोनों ही निवेशों के सापेक्ष शीघ्रातिशीघ्र भुगतान किये जाने हेतु कम्पनी में जमा कराये गये प्रपत्रों की छायाप्रति पुनः संलग्न कर प्रेषित है।

My father late karunamoy ghosh invested rs 25000 on 06/01/2011, in alchemist infra reality limited. Which has matured on 06/01/2017. My mother is the nominee. She has not get any refund yet. All the relevant documents including the original deed have been deposited to alchemist midnapore office through my agent mr barun patra.

But now i found company office has closed and did not take original certificate for maturity. Even my agent can not cooperate me and could not reply properly and his reply is unsatisfy me.

I am poor person of my family and there are six member in my family. I save this money for my daugter marriage which is fixed for the month of january'2019. I am hopeless. No one can help me for how to withdrawl money from compnay

But till date i do not get my maturity money. I found that company office has been closed since last few month and could not found any news about maturity.

I am avery poor person and i am salary base employee and there are six memeber in my family and i am only earning person in my family. I save money for my daughter marriage. So it is badly need money for me because my daughter marriage fixed in the month of january'2019.
