Alchemist infra realty — refund of matured money

Dear sir,

This is for your kind information that i made investment in alchemist (Customer id: tyy0012664, tzz0013960 to 63) executed on dated may 2015 for an amount of total rs. 600000/- but on maturity they are saying nothing atleast and now their office is also being closed in asansol.
Pls lodge a complain against said company and help me out to get my maturity amount.

अवगत कराना है कि प्रार्थिनी द्वारा दिनांक 05.08.2013 द्वारा कस्टमर आईडी0 TC00155861 द्वारा इन्वेस्टमेंट किया गया था, जिसके सापेक्ष प्रार्थिनी को दिनांक 07.06.2018 को मु0 दस लाख रूपये का भुगतान कम्पनी द्वारा किया जाना था। जिसके भुगतान हेतु दावा प्रपत्रों को मूल रूप में दिनांक 11.07.2018 को कम्पनी में जमा करा दिया गया था।
उक्त के अतिरिक्त प्रार्थिनी द्वारा दिनांक 01.01.2016 द्वारा कस्टमर आईडी0 TXX0003021 द्वारा इन्वेस्टमेंट किया गया था, जिसके सापेक्ष प्रार्थिनी को दिनांक 11.12.2018 को मु0 चार लाख रूपये का भुगतान कम्पनी द्वारा किया जाना था। जिसके भुगतान हेतु दावा प्रपत्रों को मूल रूप में दिनांक 24.12.2018 को कम्पनी में जमा करा दिया गया था।
परंतु उक्त दोनों निवेश के सापेक्ष प्रार्थी को भुगतान नहीं किया गया है।
निवेदन के साथ अवगत कराना है कि प्रार्थिनी की पुत्री का विवाह माह मार्च में होना तय हुआ है, जिस हेतु प्रार्थिनी को उक्त धनराशि की अति आवश्यकता है। अतः उक्त दोनों ही निवेशों के सापेक्ष शीघ्रातिशीघ्र भुगतान किये जाने हेतु कम्पनी में जमा कराये गये प्रपत्रों की छायाप्रति पुनः संलग्न कर प्रेषित है।

My father late karunamoy ghosh invested rs 25000 on 06/01/2011, in alchemist infra reality limited. Which has matured on 06/01/2017. My mother is the nominee. She has not get any refund yet. All the relevant documents including the original deed have been deposited to alchemist midnapore office through my agent mr barun patra.

I have deposited rs.30, 000/as on 31.08.2012 in alchemist infra realty ltd as a cerfificate of property as per agreement company will paid r.60, 000/ as on 31.08.2018. But now i found company office has closed and did not take original certificate for maturity. Even my agent can not cooperate me and could not reply properly and his reply is unsatisfy me.

I am poor person of my family and there are six member in my family. I save this money for my daugter marriage which is fixed for the month of january'2019. I am hopeless. No one can help me for how to withdrawl money from compnay

But till date i do not get my maturity money. I found that company office has been closed since last few month and could not found any news about maturity.

I am avery poor person and i am salary base employee and there are six memeber in my family and i am only earning person in my family. I save money for my daughter marriage. So it is badly need money for me because my daughter marriage fixed in the month of january'2019.

This is to inform you that, i, mr. Deb kumar bandyopadhyay jointly with kalpana banerjee have purchased a certificate of property bond from alchemist infra realty limited amounting to rs. 10, 000 on 5/07/2011. The agreement said the undivided share after development is expected to be rs. 20, 000 and it would get matured on 5/07/2017. I would like to state that, i have not received any refund till date. Kindly provide me with the procedure through which i'll receive my invested amount back.

The matured amount of rs. 3, 00, 000/- (Three lakhs) in respect of debabrata ghorai has not been received after the matured date i. E. 17/08/2017. The cheque was not deposited due to turmoil. The original certificate had been taken by the office at midnapore. This was an re-investment after one term of investing since 17.08.2012. Mis was stopped for crediting to the bank account since april, 2015. What is the next action for getting back the money. The allotment no. Was rxx0097921.

I regret to inform you that i had made a deposit on 23/01/2013 lumsum 1, 00, 000/- in the name of my mother, asha devi. As per certificate, the time of maturity is 23/01/2017. But still i did not get money or any cheque for the clearance. Please help me how to get the money. My allotment number is air/re00458677. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Kindly note that i have invested money to 2 different policy plans towards an proportionate undivided share in land admeasuring an area of 1762.20 kanal, at behanta & tila, tehsil kolaras, district shivpuri, madhya pradesh in your esteemed organization with allotment no. Airl/re00017850 and airl/re00234833. Both the policy tenures have ended on 26/04/2018 and 29/09/2018 as well. I have submitted the certificate of property at local regional office along with all other documnets in at 15, ganesh chandra avenue, kolkata-700072 in the month of september, 2018 also. But afterwards there is no positive response from that regional office to get back my maturity value amount till now and the office remains closed most of the days as per my number of visits and follow ups. I am very much confused that when should i get back my maturity value henceforth??

Therefore, i request you kindly look into this matter immediately and confirm me the time to get my maturity amount.

I, smt azmira khatun, wife of late golam murshed resident of vill-gulhatia purbapara, p. O. Gulhatia, dist-murshidabad west bengal-742401 have invested a sum of rs 50, 000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) vide allotment no airl/rdd0130403 on 18/03/2011. Date of maturity was on 18/03/2017. However, after a lapse of one and half years of maturity, i have not received any amount of refund against the deposit. Neither any response from the company or the agent involved in it regarding refund of my money till date. I am a widow and can not afford this loss.

In view of the abvove, may i therefore request you to kindly arrange my refund as early as possible or intimate me the tentative dates by which your company will refund my money.

I am having an policy on alchemist bank and could not get money refund, so please tell me when i can get my money back amd please provide your toll free no. To contact i had submitted principal money 3, 30, 000 rs. Atleast provide us your contact no. To talk my policy agent tells that money will be refunded soon i have been waiting for about 1 years but still i cannot get my money refund

I have a redemable preference share of rs.20000 which maturity as alloted is rs.60000. Maturity date was 29/12/2017. Kindly privide the process through which shal i get the maturity. Also advice me the location of office located at mumbai and sub urban. I have not got any notie for repayment. Request to re-instate the repayment notice. Also all sales executives are not in contact.

An investment was done on 12th Sept. 2012 by Shampa Mitra (my Wife) Allotment No. RE00196405 for an amount of Rs. 1, 00, 000 only (through agent Ramkamal Ghosh). The refund was supposed to received on 22.08.2018. But inspite of some 50 calls and 20 letters.. I did not get any response regarding how to get back this hard earned money.

Because of insufficient fund in the company's bank a/c. Also had received 6 cheques, nos. 183449 ~183454, dated 24/03/2015, 24/04/2015, 24/05/2015,
24/06/2015, 24/07/2015 & 24/08/2015 respectively, each of rs.1200/-. But could not encash due to lack of funds in the drawee's bank a/c.

I have purchased a certificate of property bond from alchemist infra reality ltd amounting to rs, 20000.00 and matured on 12.10.2017., but i have not got refund my amount till date. A photo copy of this certificate is also enclosed herewith.
I have also purchased another more certificate of rs. One lakh, and all of its maturity year is in 2026, please help me.

Sir,
I purchased another 3 nos. "redeemable preference share" from alchemist holding ltd. Vide regd. Folio no. G0223824, f0198999, g0142392 having amounting to rs, 20000 ; 30000; 50000 respectively.
In the present scenario i want to surrender all the certificates prior to maturity. But i don, t know where i have to contact for submitting docs. As all offices of the company have been closed since last few months.
Photo copies of certificates are also enclosed herewith as reference., please help me.

I, tulsi das goswami s/o late rash behari goswami of nabadiganta lane joy nagar, agartala, p. O. Agartala, tripura-799001 purchased a certifiacte of property from alchemist infra reality for rs.2.00 lakhs only on 17.08.2012. The maturity date is 17/08/2015. But, till date i have not received the deposited money of rs.2.00 lakh from the aforesaid company.

I am a retired person and it is very difficult for me to pass the days with a meagre money i have saved.
As such, i would request the comapny alchemist infra reality to refund my money immediately.

This is for your kind information that i made investment in alchemist with the details of the fixed deposit is allotment no is - (ALLOTMENT NO. AIRL/RXX0098399) executed on dated 25/08/2012 for an amount of Rs.50, 000/- But after maturity on dated 25/08/2015 they are issued a check in favour of me Rs.50000/- bearing check no.[protected] dated 13/07/2015. But at the time of deposit of this check, bankers said that the account has been freezed.
Recently I come to know that alchemist are refund there consumer amount. Please give me the better suggestion, how to get refund my deposit from Alchemist Infra Reality Limited
