Hi,

I have a certificate of alchemist township india ltd that i have submitted to alchemist office in mumbai, but they are not responding after receiving the certificate. At the time of taking the original certificate, they were very polite and told to me that within a month, it will be given to you by cash or cheque. They will call me. But they never did and whenever i tried to reach them, they are not responding.

Our Policy: AIRL/RXX0130388, matured on 26/02/2016 has not yet been paid. This Policy belongs to my Mother PUSPITA MUKHERJEE, who had lost her Husband recently. She's a Senior Citizen of 65 years old and desperately needs this Money. Kindly do the needful and release it. She had never received any kind of interest during this investment tenure. Please guide us how to get the Money back.

executed on dated 20/09/2010 for an amount of rs 10, 000/-. But the company is not paying maturity amount of 20000 (twenty thousand rupee since the the maturity time was due on 29/09/2016. The detail of certificate of property here I am enclosing. So please the needful action...

I would like to inform you that I, SUBRATA DE, son of Susanta De and Jointly with SUVRA DE, I had invest my hard earned money Rs.50, 000.00 (Rupees Fifty thousand only) to acquire area of 905.016 Kanal, at Behanta & Tila, Tehsil Kolaras Dist: Shivpuri, Madhya Pradesh and deposit for period six year under ALCHEMIST INFRA REALTY LIMITED (HOWRAH BRANCH) on 19/05/2010 vide Allotment Nos. AIRL/RC00260878. It has also been properly matured with its estimated value Rs.1, 00, 000/-(Rupees One Lac only) on 28/04/2016. But sorry to say, the Alchemist Infra Realty Ltd. was not at all interest to make an arrangement of payment in favor of me.
Kindly note that till date I am not received the maturity amount not less than Rs.1, 00, 000/-(Rupees One Lac only). So far neither the Alchemist Infra Realty Limited has refunded Rs.1, 00, 00/- nor their local office is responding.

I would like to inform you that i, subrata ghosh had deposited rs.10, 000.00 (Rupees ten thousand only) in the scheme of fixed deposit for period six year under alchemist infra realty limited on 23/04/2010. It has also been properly matured with its estimated value on 23/04/2016. But sorry to say, the alchemist infra realty ltd. Was not at all interest to make an arrangement of payment in favor of me.

In these circumstances, i request your favor to do the needful, so that i can get back my future savings with its retrospective benefit as an early date.

This is for your kind information that i made investment in alchemist the details of the fixed deposit is allotment no is - AIRL/RC00343017
executed on dated 08/07/2010 for an amount of rs 20, 000/-. But on maturity my agent says that submit the policy and he says it will take atleast
another 2 years to get my money. Pls lodge a complain against said company and help me out to get my maturity amount.
My maturity date was 08/07/2016, but but till date i have not received any payment nor any information from the office...

Alchemist through their agent made strong request to me to invet money into them as it will give more return that post office. Also the agent was distant relative of mine i had to comply.

It was to be matured in 3 years. Now it end of 2016 and no hope is there to get the money.

I made round number of time to their kolkata office, nobody willing to talk on the matter. They are telling go to one mr. K d sing, mp, he only can refi=und the money. Now i am helpless and feel cheated my hard earned money. Agent also not responding. It was urgent required for my daughter's education.

My father late Mr.Manidhar Prasad has invested an amount of Rs.30, 000 dated 23rd September 2010 in the company of Alchemist Infra Realty Limited vide allotment no.AIRL/RCC0546754 of which expiry of tenure was 23rd September 2016.I got the information about the invested money in the month of October 2016.
Please acknowledge me with the procedure of refund of money or I would like the refund of invested money.

My motherI, Mrs. Gita Kundu, had made couple of investments with Alchemist Infra Realty Ltd. on 01/05/2013 vide Allotment Nos. AIRL/RXX0142528 and AIRL/RXX0142529, each for an amount of INR 1, 50, 000/-. Both the investments got matured on 10/04/2016 and the original allotment proofs have been already surrendered to Alchemist Infra Realty Ltd. office before the maturity date. Also note that NEFT payment mandate have been submitted to the office.
Kindly note that till date she has not received the maturity amount (principal amount of INR 3, 00, 000/- invested vide both the allotment certificates as well as the interest arrears due to delay in principal repayment). Even she has not received the monthly interest payments from Feb’2016 onwards.

Regarding this I had connected with Branch Manager Mr. Animesh Malakar ([protected]) of Alchemist Infra Realty Ltd. office directly as well as through authorized representative multiple times for enquiring about the release of the above outstanding dues. In every instance it has been observed that whatever date was promised for payment clearance, the organization could not keep the commitment and have defaulted.

It is really a big harassment for me and my mother. Currently my mother is 75 years old she is very worried about this situation and this inordinate delay in payments from Alchemist Infra Realty Ltd. is finally impacting her health seriously.

I humbly request you to please help me to resolve this matter.

For which i need some urgent money and when i contacted the local agent Nagir, he told this can not be done before the maturity date.

Sir please understand i need this money urgently and this needs to be prematurely closed. Please suggest further.

I have invested Rs 10, 000 thousand on 2009 In alchemist infra realty as per agent he told me and alchemist certificate/bond mention that after 09 years maturity of I will get more than Rs 30000.00 but before few months ago I went Baranagr branch for surrender purpose but office is closed/not available there, please reply how to surrender before maturity because i need money for my family.

Your agents are only giving us dates, but i have not received my maturity since one year, i have visited your Delhi as well as chandigarh office, but no results. I, want to bring to your kind knowledge that the allotment as mentioned above have expired & is due for payment on 08/02/2016. I have deposited the original certificate at the kolkata branch & the officials had said the payments would be made soon. But shockingly they have not paid the amount till date. But on maturity it is informed that please submit the policy and we will send the same in bank account but after some time it is heard that they are not paying anything instead they had fixed the same for another two years without any intimation to the customer. My maturity date was 10/09/2015, but but till date i have not received any payment nor any information from the office
Ituated at durgapur west bengal. They are unable to say anything regarding payment of the same. So please let me know that
When i will get the maturity amount. Hope to get your reply at the earliest.

I was fixed the amount of rs10000 for period of six years,
Date of inception-2009
Date of maturity-2015.
They given me a payment advance chequeno - s 0036239, dated 3/3/2016 & that will valid only for their counter.
And now they are saying they are not received the amount from the headquarter

I have invested of rs.100, 000/- in mis scheme in alchemist infra realty ltd on 28/03/2012 for 3 years and it is matured on 28/03/2015. I have submitted the kyc documents with original certificate in naihati branch, hooghly.

The company still not pays the amount to me with one mis interest cheque bounce. Last 1 year and 4 months i continue calling and visit the branch and regional office at kolkata but they are giving only date and date only.

First they told me after 6 month from the date of maturity then they failed his commitment. Right now they again told after 2 years. It is really a big harassment for me. I am very fear about my harden money as i do work in a hotel as a private job.

I have already received maturity cheque details but they don't give my cheque to me.

I had invested toward both in cumulative and non cumulative option. In respect of non cumulative MIS amount not received since July, 15 and in respect of cumulative option maturity amount not paid by the company for long time.Every time they convey message through agent that in shortly will disburse the claim.I, think this is also a conspiracy by the TMC MP, K.D.Singh for ensuing W.B. Election.

I shila roy, old widow lady invest rs. 3 lakhs on 25.2.2012 in alchemist infra reality limited (Mis scheme) vide allotment no. Airl/rxxoo66071. But after maturity on 25.2.2015, the said company did not paid my investment amount rs.3 lakhs till date.
