I Firdousi Sobhani Begam W/O Sk Munabbar Hossain of Vill+PO:- Bhadur, Hooghly, 712602, have invested Rs.20000/- on 02.01.10 which supposed to be meatured on 02.01.16 for Rs.40000/-. Details of Certificates Receipts are as under: Allotment No. AIRL/ RC00134380

My self Arunasis Bhattacharyya on 30th September I invested Rs/ 25000 in Alchemist Infra Reality Limited and its fund will be Rs/50000 on 15.08.15 according to certificate. Certificate no is-RCC0022186. My permanent address is Badrapara, Nabadwip, Nadia, West Bengal, PIN-741302. Mob-[protected]. But recently company name is changed. So I was approached to company through agent to enroll my name in new company. Now they are saying to agent you have to bring new customer for us then we will do it for the old customer. I am worried after the maturity of this certificate if they deny then what should I do?

I inform you that my husband named SANKAR PRASAD KHANRA died on 22/11/2012 due to heart attack, he purchased CERITIFICATE OF PROPERTY for Rs 60,000/- on 01/02/2010 ALLOTMENT NO:- R[protected] whose term has been ended from 01/02/2013.
Now my question to you how you make agreement with a dead person & also issue
CERITIFICATE OF PROPERTY for Rs 60,000/- & issue 6 demand order for payment for 600 each.
I the legal heir of the CERITIFICATE OF PROPERTY for Rs 60,000/- request you to please cancel the agreement & refund me the amount available urgently.

i have deposited a lumsume am 50,000/ whitch to be poperly secured or not? i don,t know. but i confirm alchemist is a group of companies in ab 100000cr business in india & also sebi listed rbi /mca/nsdl/cdsl/bse/nse/roc its completly 100% secured but above mention this schem its some dout. ple clerly reply about this. monotosh

Alchemist Infra Realty Ltd is raising fund for developement of Land in Chattisgarh in the form of Debentures and providing deposit certificate depost / developement of Property.

As per the application form Alchemist Infra Realty Ltd is a group company But in company website there is no information about Alchemist Infra Realty Ltd as a group company.

My Question is why India Government/ Company Law Board/ SEBI & other govt. institution is allowing this type of company to raise fund from public.

IS THE COMPANY REGISTERED IN INDIA & CONTROLLED BY INDIAN FINANCIAL AUTHORITIES LIKE SEBI OR IRDA.THIS COMPANY WORK ON INVESTMENT PATTERN AS FIXWD DEPOSIT.SHOULD I INVEST IN THIS COMPANY...

I have invested Rs 50,000 thousand in 10/08/09 In alchemist infra realty as per agent he tell that after 16years i got Rs 5lakh is it true or not kindly reply?
