Aldo - India — product not exchanged within 15 minutes after billing

Today evening i bought shoes & sleepers on sale. I thought i should go for another pair of shoes instead of slippers. I went back to aldo, select citywalk saket, delhi, india to exchange the sleepers with new pair of shoes.

I was back in the store within 15 minutes & requested the manager to exchange the slippers with new pair of shoes, he bluntly said no.
