[Resolved] Ali Express — I'm complaining regarding the cancellation of my order after the shipment and not initiating refund | |||
I have ordered some items from Ali Express on the occasion of Black Friday sale, while I'm checking the tracking system of the app it shows that shipment cancelled after the product has been shipped and it also showing that every item in the order is not available. Refund is not initiated and I'm not able to open dispute about the order and also I didn't hear anything from the seller. +1 videos Was this information helpful? | |||
