[Resolved] Aliens Space Station — Aliens Fraud Hari challa and Venkata challa | |||
I Booked a flat at Aliens space station Tellapur in 2008 and was promised the hand over in 2011, if no was promised a reimbursement of 10k per month, forget abt the reimbursement but found out MR HARI CHALLA AND VENKATA CHALLA ARE FRAUDS CHEATING PUBLIC, and now filing for bankrupcy and fleeing from INDIA . When approached the Aliens team they are not even ready to meet the clients who had already paid them 45 lakhs for the flat promised . When tried to make a complain and file a case found out that they have contacts with the politicians and MR HARI AND VENKATA CHALLA ARE ROAMING around hyderabad without any charges . Couldany one please help and tell us how to get the amount reimbursed or would be glad to see HARI AND VENKATA CHALLA BEHIND BARS Was this information helpful? | |||

Aliens space station screwed up lives of buyers. I spent more than 50% of purchase cost of flat.No sign of completion and on top of they demand 40% on agreed sale amount. They save VALUE ADDITION. When basic stuff not working out, not sure what is value addition. They promise that after getting 40% additional amount they will not ask more. And for this they don't ask on email or letter. They call up and ask for this or in live meet.So the builder means to say that he will not stick to agreed terms as per legal document that is agreement of sale/sale deed for puchase of flat but he says he will stick to commitment which he has given in oral[40% demand]. And builder thinks that he can fool customer for ever.If we don't pay payment on time, they charge 18% and if they don't construct flat, charges for delay is 3%. Is this called two sided or one sided agreement ? There are many points in agreement of sale to safeguard their interests..so be watchful.

on the assurance that the flat will be handed over to me by 2012June . Even after two and a half years, from the promised date of possession, no work has been done on station 8 except for the foundation!.I had written to Mr.Hari Challa to refund the amount as the station 8 is likely to be completed in 2017 or 2018 and I will have no interest in Hyderabad after 2014.
I am preparing to take legal action against Aliens Developers as they do not respond to my requests.
