All Eyes Over Here — all eyes over here(big scammer company) cheating/fraud

I ordered online with a shop called OUTFIC on instagram.They have around 90K followers.When i receive the saree it wasnt same as the picture, hence i told them i wanan return it.They told i need to select another saree in order to return n i have to parcel my product.So i selected and paid extra for anothrr saree.And after multiple message no reply about the saree.I have paid around 2300 rupees. And they are ignoring my message and its been a month since i made payment.This company is scammers online shop.They have huge number of followers.Please do something about this.

Updated by Rishniya Kanesan The owner name is jia.They always constantly post pictures on instagram.But will never reply messages.I just come to know that there are so many complains under ALL EYES OVER HERE.This company need to brought down in order to protect many more customers from this scam

There are so many complaints about them and still no arrests have been made. Kotak bank is least bothered. We all shoud unite and complain to the cyber crime.

I am cheated aswell. They blocked my number now, sending the wrong product.
