They sent me wrong dress, i had already paid the amount and when i texted them after receiving the parcel that it was wrong one, they stopped reading my messages after that..
Its been more than 5days and there is no response... Message gets delivered and they are online but donot read and reply.
We cant call cz they have disabled it and messaging is the only way... Nd they arent responding at all...

I have ordered 2 but i received one and paid money for 2 that women is not replying me andblocked me all need to teach her a good lesson i need my money back and that women must be punished for her 3rd rated activities like this if this happen so on people will not even trust trust worthy people pls do with her something... Something such be done for here

The outfit i received was completely different from the one i had ordered. When i told them about this they neither replied to my messages nor picked the calls. When i call them they just disconnect my call. They are not telling me about their exchageor refund policy. It is such a fraud page nd should be closed asap it just harrases the people. I just want my money back. And everyone should report this page on instagram so that it get blocked. They r just fooling the people. Strict action should be taken against these type of fake pages

This instagram company all eyes over here is indian ethic style company they told they give a good quality which they didnt give they mislead people and thats how they earn. They told me to give the advance payment but i declined so they gave cash on delivery as soon as i opened i was shocked seeing such bad quality products. They told me to exchange it without giving me the address and stopped replying to people they are very fake.

All eyes over here should be forced to shutdown, the quality of the product they display appears to be soo good and the quality of product that they deliver is sooo worst, negative feed back! Stop buying from this company!!! More over their return policy is such an headache they don't pick your calls up, they just text only what? Yeah? To your messages when you ask for a return, your valuable money will be stuck with them forever, also they will keep giving you some other phone numbers and ask you to message their and exchange and that number never replies back to you.

Please do not buy from this company-all eyes over here which transacts through instagram! The quality of the product they deliver and the product they display is completely opposite, worst quality and cheap fabric!
More over the return policy is such an headache, your money will be stuck with them forever!!! You'll have to keep texting them to which they only reply "what?" "yeah?" per day, they will give you some other number and tell you to file the complaint there and they never check it!! This company should be forced to shut down!

I have ordered the exchange outfit by dec 22nd and it has been shipped on 24th dec (Received shipping information from komal - aftersales manager
). But, till now i didnt received anything its been more than 12 days. Worst company and fake products. I need my money back 2000. Or else give me the product. Its really irritating because o[censored] people.

I had ordered an outfit through instagram. What was displayed on their handle and what i received was completely different. They claimed on the the handle the outfit is semi-stitched, however what i received was a poor quality stitched fabric. Hence, i decided to get it exchanged (As they have no return policy). They asked me to pay rs 150 for the courier and send the outfit back. I chose a different outfit for exchange and paid the remaining amount to them. I was shocked when i received the parcel, they sent the same outfit back again. I sent it back and asked them to give the right product. To my utter disappointment, they sent the same outfit again. Now, when i'm trying to reach them i have no response from them. The have neither refunded me nor given the right outfit, not to forget all the courier charges i had to bear. They are big time cheats and they are running a scam business. They are deceiving people and giving them poor quality goods, and not refunding them. I have lost rs 3000 in this process. I strongly suggest people to block and report them. Serious action should be taken against them!

I have placed an order of pink bottom and top in nov'18 first week through advance payment (Rs. 1999) and after 7 days i have received the parcel. Product quality was so worst that i can't able to explain it. Then i have requested for exchange option. From posaakh team some komal has texted me to transfer 150 rupees to courier the exchange product in advance plus choose the product which i want in exchange.. So i have done the said things same day. And now it has been more than a month neither i have received the parcel nor received any confirmation from posaakh team. I have komal many times for the status but she is not responding.

They are pathetic and worst in terms of service and quality. I am not recommending to anybody to order anything from them. They are fraud.

I hv ordered a green nd red lehenga. These people hv delivered blue lehenga and the quality is horrible. They are not reverting to my msgs and calls. They are disconnecting my calls again and again. The product is just horrible. They have delivered entirely different product. I want my refund. 1800 rs. Is big amount for me. Please help. They hv done big fraud.

Market themselves as a clothing company. Fraudulently send packages of cheap unwearable clothing and have no refund or exchange policy. I'm surprised these people are being to continue without any regulation after so many complaints. When contacted the lady owner is at best abusive and threatens customers. I really hope someone takes action against this fraudster at the earliest.

I had ordered a dress from this company on 25/11/2018 through instagram. After receiving it i didn't find the dress satisfying because it was all different what it was shown on the website, so i decided to return it. I asked them to return but they have a policy that they don't return but exchange, so i asked them how i can exchange the product, they sended me the address and the details where i have to send it back, then i have to send them the receipt of the courier service from which i will send the parcel. I sended it back on 03/12/218 and then only i sended them the photo of the receipt (On whatsapp) of the courier service through which i sended the dress back to them. Then from 06/12/2018 till date i have texted them a several times but they didn't answered any of my messages. When in one text i asked them strictly to send me the exchange dress then they again asked me to do all the things like sending the dress back, sending the receipt, paying the delivery charges (Which are said to be free) etc. So i tell them that i already have sended it to them and that when they are sending me my dress. Now they are not replying to any of my messages even after seeing them. So, now i feel like complaining about these fraudsters who cheat on innocent customers.

I really had a bad experience with posaakh. I purchased an outfit in the month of october due to some damage i asked for an exchange. The exchanged product has not yet received and it had been almost one and half month already. And the concerned person is not replying to the messages and now blocked me in whatsapp. Very bad service and my money is not returned too. If not refund then deliver my exchange product soon. I would never ever recommend posaakh.

I purchased a lahanga ts 1800/- but not received the same which shown in picture... I called so may times to owner but not received the calls and it is fake product... I am filing complaint against aeoh in court and will go to legal...
She also not give the exchange policy and not returning the product.. It is just harrasment... Attatching chat and product which i received... I ordered black lahanga and got blue one...

I purchased lehanga and meterial is very bad, stuff is very bad... It is the harssament. They assured me to get better product.. I ordered lahanga in black colour and got in blue colour... Also it is not as shown in picture.. Its fake website... Also i called so many times but not received the call even not answering the msg... I want to return the product or give better product which i ordered... They took 2k rs for this and it is like only 200. I will file case against this website in consumer form and alo go for legal... I ordered online with a shop called outfic on instagram. They have around 90k followers. When i receive the saree it wasnt same as the picture, hence i told them i wanan return it. They told i need to select another saree in order to return n i have to parcel my product. So i selected and paid extra for anothrr saree. And after multiple message no reply about the saree. I have paid around 2300 rupees. And they are ignoring my message and its been a month since i made payment. This company is scammers online shop. They have huge number of followers. Please do something about this.

Ordered a product on the 1st of November 2018 that promised delivery in 5-7 days. They asked for advance payment through paytm which was done, and assured 5-7 day delivery . Today's the 13 th of November not only is the product not delivered but little to no response was given to me for the delayed delivery even after multiple attempts messages and calls to them for an answer. Was dependent on the outfit for a wedding. NEVER ORDERING AGAIN.

I had ordered a saree worth rs 2000
Initially they said it’s the same piece then when the piece was received the product was damaged (The colour was different, the saree was uneven from both the sides, the blouse piece was cut in 2 small parts)
It was a horrible material.
After complaining them they say please talk to our sales manager and when you speak to that female she said i agree the product is damaged but i will confirm with the senior person god knows who the senior person is.. After waiting for 4 days she says no it can’t be refunded the senior person said and then stopped replying or picking up calls.
Pathetic customer service
The stuff is fake and the page holders are fraud people. They do not receive calls and then they msg that the product is very good.
Kindly do not order anything from them.
Also i want my refund.

I ordered one product on 27th september from posaakh for inr1700/-, and got the parcel on 2nd oct. It was not at all similar to the product which i ordered.
At the time of placing the order i specially confirmed if the product is same as shown in the image.? They replied "yes, exactly like the image.
But the product is totally different as per its description.. (Fabric, color, detailing... Actually everything)
Now is been almost 20days, i've been calling and messaging them regarding the same.
But neither they ans the calls nor reply to any of the messages. Its humiliating.
I also tried to report that site as spam, but it was of no use either.
They are fraud.

I need refund for my product. Also some serious actions should be taken against such fraud sites.

I don't know whose number they have mentioned in their account. First of all they donot receive your call, then, when they finally attend, they start explaining you how they were busy, and start teaching you phylosophy!!! Ugggghhhh...
Thr quality of the product i received is very very bad. And the customer service is worst even...
Plaese don't buy anything from here for god's sake. I doubt humans are running the business : (
