I have placed an order of pink bottom and top in nov'18 first week through advance payment (Rs. 1999) and after 7 days i have received the parcel. Product quality was so worst that i can't able to explain it. Then i have requested for exchange option. From posaakh team some komal has texted me to transfer 150 rupees to courier the exchange product in advance plus choose the product which i want in exchange.. So i have done the said things...

I hv ordered a green nd red lehenga. These people hv delivered blue lehenga and the quality is horrible. They are not reverting to my msgs and calls. They are disconnecting my calls again and again. The product is just horrible. They have delivered entirely different product. I want my refund. 1800 rs. Is big amount for me. Please help. They hv done big fraud....

Market themselves as a clothing company. Fraudulently send packages of cheap unwearable clothing and have no refund or exchange policy. I'm surprised these people are being to continue without any regulation after so many complaints. When contacted the lady owner is at best abusive and threatens customers. I really hope someone takes action against this fraudster at the earliest....

I had ordered a dress from this company on 25/11/2018 through instagram. After receiving it i didn't find the dress satisfying because it was all different what it was shown on the website, so i decided to return it. I really had a bad experience with posaakh. I purchased an outfit in the month of october due to some damage i asked for an exchange. The exchanged product has not yet received and it had been almost one and half month already. And the concerned person is not replying to the messages and now blocked me in whatsapp. Very bad service and my money is not returned too. If not refund then deliver my exchange product soon. Ordered a product on the 1st of November 2018 that promised delivery in 5-7 days. They asked for advance payment through paytm which was done, and assured 5-7 day delivery . Today's the 13 th of November not only is the product not delivered but little to no response was given to me for the delayed delivery even after multiple attempts messages and calls to them for an answer. Was dependent on the outfit for a wedding. NEVER ORDERING AGAIN....

My friend ordered products worth Rs.5, 000 on her site which was paid partially through paytm and the remaining COD to the delivery person. The products she sent were horrible quality and were not even the same, different colour and style. The women who runs it is by the name Jinagna Doshi is extremely arrogant. She has run this scam on many people. Blocked after asked for exchange.

I had ordered a saree worth rs 2000
Initially they said it’s the same piece then when the piece was received the product was damaged (The colour was different, the saree was uneven from both the sides, the blouse piece was cut in 2 small parts)
It was a horrible material.
After complaining them they say please talk to our sales manager...

I ordered one product on 27th september from posaakh for inr1700/-, and got the parcel on 2nd oct. It was not at all similar to the product which i ordered.
At the time of placing the order i specially confirmed if the product is same as shown in the image.? They replied "yes, exactly like the image.
But the product is totally different as per its description.. (Fabric, color, detailing... Actually everything)

I don't know whose number they have mentioned in their account. First of all they donot receive your call, then, when they finally attend, they start explaining you how they were busy, and start teaching you phylosophy!!! Ugggghhhh...
Thr quality of the product i received is very very bad. And the customer service is worst even...

The product was very poor in quality so I send it back .they told me to pay for some extra 150 rs and bear all the shipping cost which was approx 300 I agreed as I thought it is their norm . Now these people are not sending me the product for which i requested the are not even replying. I am in loss of some 2200, as the initial product amount was 1800.

I ordered a lehenga from their insta account "posaakh" and i actually trusted them over the positive feedbacks they have been sharing on insta.. The product is nothing like the image shown & this is when i had asked them multiple times if its original or just a recreated product. Now they do not revert or pick calls at all.
This is serious cheating.
I do not have words to explain how bad the product is!! Super fake & cheapest...

I had ordered a lehenga and paid rs1800 for the same. The quality and actual product are not even worth 300rs. I had asked the lady she just sent me the refund details she send me the message with details and not giving answers to the questions as to where the product shall be returned. If companies like these are not punished or take. Action against people like me will be getting fooled and cheated and people won’t be trusting on these...
