No response from their side after getting payment. kindly help me

    This person is a big Fraud. I ordered 2 outfits on 10th August amounting to 3600/-. Out of the 2 outfits, I received 1 outfit on 17th August which doesn't look like the one I ordered. The quality is so poor. When I told the person that I want to exchange it, they don' t reply. I have not received my second outfit yet.

    Funnily enough, I'm not the only one who had to suffer at ends of such frauds and I'm surprised no action has been taken against this seller so far. The contact number of the seller is [protected], but you cannot reach them via phone call and if you're lucky someone might reply to your messages with simple 1-2 word.

    This is a sincere request from a citizen duped at the hands of a fraud company. It's high time an action is taken against them and financial relief brough to all those who have suffered.

      We have ordered 3 dresses worth 5700 and all the three products delivered where no where like what it was shown on the website. When we asked for return and refund repeatedly they blocked us saying that we are harassing them while we kept our voice very low and spoke in a polite manner. I also have the text we have sent. The product delivered is not as per specification and poor quality. The order package numbers are as follows.

        I have ordered an outfit from the aeoh insta account but when i wanted to exchange it, they are not giving me in exchange, i have already paid for it and returned the original one but then also i didn't get my new one. Also it has been 10 days since i ordered the new one. Even they gave me the confirmation but i didn't get my new new tracking id. Such a fake account they have. If they don't provide me my new outfit then i'll also register the police complaint against them.

          They sent incomplete order i payed full cost via google pay and they cheated by sending incomplete order. I ordered a plazzo set in which duppatta was missing. I called them to let them know. But once they get payed after sell they never receive our call it's blocked in their phone itself. They never receive our call never. Totally disappointed. Cheaters.

            One day i was scrolling insta & i saw aeoh they have posted some really amazing stuffs i desire to buy one i contacted her through whatsapp i asked for real image but she said they make dresses on order basis but dress will be same as image i placed order & then she sent me dress within 2 days when i opened the package i saw a red mosquito net with some beeds this was not that dress which i ordered for 1650 rupees then i texted her & asked for refund she said no i will not refund then i said i will go to police she said yes go i don't care & blocked me. Now i m dying in guilt & can't
            Share thiss with my parents & that was a good amount for me as i m a student anyhow i managed that amount.. I just request u please help me please i m very helpless right now.

              I think we should contact borevali police as she has done a crime of cheating innocent people. She is the biggest fraud over here we should take some strict steps towards her otherwise she will keep doing same with others tooo.. I told her i will seek police help & she said ohhh yaa go ahead i have no fear. She talked so well on the first go & then she sent me the dress & didn't reply after payment. I have no idea what to do even i m losing hopes bcoz here is a long row of people who suffered the same but there is no one who can say i got my money back 😒

                They showed me some really beautiful pictures of a gown they promised me best quality it was for 1650 & seems like of 100 rs. My savings lost just bcoz of this fake site they even says clearly that we will not refund do whatever u can.. I seriously don't know what to do now 😭 how can someone be so fearless & cruel. I even tried to threaten them but they said police can't get us 😣 i lost my money i m dying in guilt please help me i can't tolerate it anymore & close their website for what u r waiting 🙏

                  As promised none of the products look the same. Also they don't response to the customer and have very least interest in follow ups. Don't care about the customers. And they don't have any return and refund policy. Worst company ever. Neither do they have one to speak to.
                  Please do not buy any of their products. Not at all trusted and too cheap products for all high costs.
                  I am gonna file a complaint against them because until then they won't resolve my problem.
                  Also i am tired of not getting answered by them and hence it is better to file a complaint.

                    I ordered an lehenga from this page and when i got that lehenga it's quality was damn poor. I kept all my savings on this lehenga. And now they are not even replying to my message. I want refund because this lehenga is not at all good, very poor quality. Please kindly do something about it.                         I have booked one lahenga and price is 2000/- but quality so bad and they asked they will not refund any money. I continue following up to exchange my product but not getting any single reply @ their end. I have booked lahenga for diwali but they people are cheating with me.. I am very fed up with them.. Continue calling them and msging but not getting any revert.

                        Jinagna Chandrakant Doshi has scammed me of Rs 5, 500 just two days back.
                        She is now asking me to pay shipment charges for replacement of product. I had paid the full amount for the product and received the worst one.
                        When I questioned her, she blocked me from her Instagram and whatsapp.
                        This lady is really fraud and cheating customers.
                        I want my money back.

                        I wonder why is not any action taken there against her.

They are cheat they are fraud they don't have concern about the customers money and the parcel they don't even provide delivery details about the product

                            I ordered navratri dress. I got the worst quality of material. What they mentioned in bio and photo and i got totally different form that and material is also very cheap. They are not answering properly not pickuping any of calls and if we are telling that this mistake was from your side they are not accepting that. If we tell them to take your product back and return my money then they said their is not this kind of policy.

                              I had ordered a suit from aeoh. They don’t care what size you want, they will send whatever they want. They sent me 4” smaller size which was of no use for me. The quality was really pathetic too.
                              I tried reaching them many times but they won’t reply. They would also limit their comments on instagram so that you cannot complaint over comments too.

Why do the hell you people cheat in other's stomach.. If you want money go n beg not by doing this fraud things ... People don't believe them it's 100% fake ...

                                Before placing order i asked them how much time will it take they said 4-5 days n now it’s more than 20 days didn’t receive my order. I have placed 2 orders one i received n it was very poor quality literally hell. N for second order i’m waiting for more than 20 days. I asked them to refund my amount n they r not even doing that. Very poor service. They just want to make money.

                                Never ever get tempt by their products bcoz that is only picture they deliver cheap quality. N not even refund ur money.

I asked for the refund but the gave me an exchange offer and asked me to pay shipping charges through paytm. Even after paying I didn't received my exchange dress.
