Looking at an instagram post, i ordered a pallazo set costing 1700 rs wherein she confirmed there is a exchange policy. Then the problem started. 1. The set which i received doesn't match with the post on instagram. 2. If i approach for a exchange then she gave me other contact number. 3. The other contact number says they are not replated to them. We can't trust if they have joined hands and are asked to behave this way. 4. After all this episode there though the lady is online she is not replying. We have been cheated royally, i get so annoyed when i see there post everyday. I don't know how many more will be cheated

I ordered for a saree agent told dat it will take 5 to 7 business days to deliver the saree. As i needed it on priority n requested her/he to help me get my package bit sooner. Then they told me dat if yuh pay online i will be getting it in 3 to 5 business days. So i done online payment. Mainly this shopping zone doesn't provide tracking details n on the 5th n 6th day i texted to the agent bt found helpless they were seeing my text bt isn't replying to it which is making me sooo frustrated. It's my stupidity dat i blindly shopped here. Fraud #boycott #will never shop again

Ordered for a floral lehenga with sequence but these # are blind and professional scammers. They have automated responses for any # you ask them even if you ask are you a human they will reply with exchange policy or give abhijith's number (Incase anybody is bored and wants to listen to caller tunes and maybe trouble him the way they have done - [protected]) who is a ghost i believe who is ideally online but dead in real life. Even after telling them that the unprofessional guy doesnt respond baam they send me another automated message asking me to contact him again and also say they have heavy flow of orders and there will be delay in response. Ya which i am sure cz it takes a while to connect with the dead people. Learnt my lesson never believe online pages and yes did a great donation to my kachrawala!!!

I had placed an order to this instagram shopping site called as above mentioned on the 10th May 2019. I had asked about return policy etc, and she replied saying it was "truly representative" and hence no refund but i can exchange if i wasnt satisfied with the material etc. I received the package on 15th May2019 and saw it once i reached home. The Pictures uploaded and the products looks completely different and was horrible. I texted her again asking for a refund or an exchange and there was hardly any reply from her. She said no refund as it was truly representative but it wasnt. The material wasnt the same as mentioned, nor was the design and pattern, and over all gave a horrible look. I speak Rs. 3000/- on it and there was absolutely no reply from her side. I cannot even use it as it looks like costumes and not lehangas. This has mentally traumatised me as I used the money I saved up to buy clothes for my friends wedding and now the wedding is also over. Please help

I hv brought a gown which was totally different from the picture of the dress from the insta page posaakh. When i messaged back to her to give me address for returning the product, she gives me after sale service manager ms. Komal who is not replying nor picking up the call. After that posaakh lady started ignoring me too. This is blunder. These types of people just making the online shopping worst.

I ordered a product bt received a product whose material was of poor quality...they say they dont give refund hence i asked for exchange...they asked me to send the damaged product back within 3 days of delivery...its been 7 days since i sent it to the company nd nw none of the staff replies nor they send me the exchange product even dont give me refund.when i asked for help via call the lady was too rude saying it was nt her responsibility

I had placed an order for a semi stitched lehenga with this instagram page on 22/04/2019. I got the delivery on 26/04/2019 and paid rs. 1800/- on receiving it. The product that i received looked nothing like what i had placed an order for. It was completely different and looked very cheap and not even worth 1/4th of what i paid.
I tried contacting the owner who despite being online all the time and constantly posting on instagram refused to reply to my messages on whatsapp. I tried calling her but she never picked up and finally i tried from different numbers but her number is now unreachable. I want a refund of my money at any cost as this is not a small amount and i want my money's worth.
This cannot go on and i hope some strict action is taken against this person. I have seen many complaints about this company in fact only complaints so i really hope some action is taken

The attire hub platform on instagram and facebook for selling outfits. The product shown was totally different to what i actually received. Before purchasing the product they assured me if i didn't like the product i could exchange it. But later on they blocked me from all the ways i could reach them. This is not a way of doing any business making people fool and selling fake products. They are making fool of of many people. I want refund of money.

Hello guys maine kuch din pehle Instagram k page all eyes over here me shop ki thi jiske liye 1600rs pay kia tha maine after 1 week product mila mujhe n see kitna ghatiya product mila mujhe jo maine dekh k buy kiye the usse 1% bhi milta nhi h and now i ask for refund but she said only exchange available h no refund..but uske liye firse 150 rs pay krna hoga..kis baat ka exchange product me 1% bhi similarly nhi h kitne bade fraud h socho aur ye sirf mere sath hi nhi aur bhi bht saare logo k sath hua h..mujhe mera refund mile ya na mile main chahti hu jo mere aur bhi girls sabke sath hua h wo kisi aur k sath na ho iska ye frauding business band krwana h guys plz help mee

I have ordered a lehenga from craftsvilla instagram for rs. 1800 and the quality is pathetic.. Now when i am trying to reach them they are not picking up the phone. Earlier they had given an assurance that the products can be exchanged incase you don't like it... They have blocked my number as well... Appreciate that this forum addresses my concern...

I bought 2 lehengas from their instagram page on march 8 2019. I also paid half price for one of the lehenga as they insisted me to do so. After i made the payment, forget about lehenga i didn’t even receive a proper respose from them. I need my money back! This is a fraud site and should be stopped immediately.

I dont understand how cheap people could be to cheat like this. They dont even deserve to live! I dont know but my blood boils looking at that lehenga i recieved for rs.1550! Omg so cheap the stitching and its all #!

Received completely fake product not matching at all even its not worth for rs.200 n i paid 1900 for it.

I had ordered a lehenga. The quality was very poor. I cannot even give it to anyone. I requested for exchange. I paid 100rs extra. Did courier of my product to be exchanged n those frauds never replied back. They only show good comments but never bad. N the prices are also more. The same lehenga my friend showed me in some shop at cheaper rate. Not about cheap rates but if they are charging at least they should provide good quality material. It's a request guys not to buy from them. They are just fraud.! Just know to bribe the money.

They delivered me this product within a few days without delay, but when this product arrived it came out to be of such bad quality and was nothing similar to that shown in the picture they have posted. Their product quality is similar to those worn by people in a local circus! They have a well designed page over instagram which is the first step where the consumer gets fooled and also they show some photos of "so called" happy customers.. Which is the second step towards the foolery.
Please do something as i have already wasted my 1750/- bucks into this!
After contacting their number (+91 [protected]) they cut the call on the very first ring.
I would request everyone reading this comment to block and report this page so that they can't fool any further and take away our hard earned/saved money..

Hello mam maine 18 oct 2018 ko ek lehga order kiya tha bad vo lehga delivery bhi ho gya but jab maine khol ke dekha to uska dupta lehga se matching nhi tha alag tha maine mam se bat ki mam ne bola ap meera mam se bat vahi prouct exchange karti hai, maine meera mam se bat ki mam ne bahut aache se bat ki mam ne mujhe apne office ka address send kiya or btaya ki jo mere pass lehga aaya hai vo unhe vapis kar de maine mam ke kehne pe vo lehga apke address pe bhej diya apke yaha vi reacive bhi ho gya uski slip abhi bhi mere pass hai mam ne bola ap koi bat nhi ap koi dusra lehga slect kar lijiye mam ke kahne pe maine dusra lehga slect kar liya or mam ko pic send kar di mam ne bola monday tak delivery ho jayega but monday ko persel nhi aaya fir maine agle monday tak wait kiya but persel nhi mila maine meera se dobara bat ki mam bole jo lehga apne select kiya hai vo lehga out of stock hai miane bola ye bat ap mujhe bol dete mam mam koi or slect kar leta 3 mahine ho gye mam mujhe abhi tak lehga delivery nhi hua maine to payment bhi ki hui fir kyu mujhe delivery kar rahe mam mam bahut preshan ho gya hu mam plz mam apse requst hai apse mera lehga mujhe delivery kar dijiye thanks

I had placed for an Instagram order(Ethnicize) for Lehanga on 12th January 2019, and Paid Rs 1800 in cash, When i received the product, it looked nothing like in the picture posted on Instagram so i returned it, They said only exchange policy is there .
On 30th Jan, i exchanged with another product which cost 1700 for which they asked me send 50 Rs again for delivery. Now its been 25 days, I have called them many times, messaged them hundred times but no reply from them after seeing my message. I need help to get my money back
