Hi,
I ordered a dress for All Eyes Over here. The product was very poor in quality so I send it back .they told me to pay for some extra 150 rs and bear all the shipping cost which was approx 300 I agreed as I thought it is their norm . Now these people are not sending me the product for which i requested the are not even replying. I am in loss of some 2200, as the initial product amount was 1800.
This is forgery. Kindly take action on this

I have placed an order with this company and i received the wrong product from them so i have to send it back to them and incurred cost on this and they haven't send the exchange product as of now and whenever i try to message them they just tell me that i will receive by the end of thia week and its already been the second week. Please help regarding the same

I ordered a three piece set from this instagram page all eyes over here on 22nd september 2018. On receiving the product it wasn’t anything like it was claimed in the picture. Firstly the three sets were of different colours, secondly the mirror designs which were on the dress were also missing, thirdly the material mentioned in the page was of cotton and it was nothing of cotton. Also they mentioned it was a semi stiched piece whereas i happened to received simply a cloth material. On reaching out to the person concerned she mentioned not to call her since she has no time to revert or for that matter mentioned no time to entertain my complaints.

. I just placed an order with them and received it but its not the same in the picture as the colour of dupatta and holi is wrong. So i asked them to exchange it and they want me to send the product back and pay also 150 for the exchange product shipping fee. The fault is from their side and they are not even sending anyone to pick the product. They also dont reply when we ask about this. Please help regarding this

I ordered a lehenga from their insta account "posaakh" and i actually trusted them over the positive feedbacks they have been sharing on insta.. The product is nothing like the image shown & this is when i had asked them multiple times if its original or just a recreated product. Now they do not revert or pick calls at all.
This is serious cheating.
I do not have words to explain how bad the product is!! Super fake & cheapest fabric.

I had ordered a lehenga and paid rs1800 for the same. The quality and actual product are not even worth 300rs. I had asked the lady she just sent me the refund details she send me the message with details and not giving answers to the questions as to where the product shall be returned. If companies like these are not punished or take. Action against people like me will be getting fooled and cheated and people won’t be trusting on these kind of sites. Even our law should be questioned as to how do the allow these frauds to exist in market and how is the approval given to them for online business?

Hi, i had ordered a lehenga of rs 1800 w however when the parcel came, the lehenga was completely different then what it was shown on their instagram page. After that, i kept contacting her on all possible platforms instagram, whatsapp etc. But she refused to pick up my calls or reply back to my messages, in spite of reading the same. I request to please take action against them. It is clearly frustration and an utter time waste from the customer point of view

So I ordered a lehenga for ₹1800 from their instagram page. I ordered it after reading the so called "client's diary" on the page. I thought to give it a try because the feedbacks looked genuine. I received the product and it is nothing like the one shown in the pictures. I asked her for an original pic of the product but was denied saying the one on Insta is the only one they have. I swear the quality of the cloth is not even worth a ₹1000. I messaged her on Insta saying I want a refund but she refused. I tried calling them but they do not pick up. I have uploaded the Insta pic and the product I received.. Please someone help me...

They took 2000 rs from me and then delivered worst quality of lahenga choli. When i asked them to where do i need to return it. Firstly when i was ordering they said there is reuturn policy. When i asked to return and to pay me my money back. They refused. Then they said they only had exchange policy. When i delivered back to there address. They didn't sent me dress. When ever i message them or call them. They just ignore. And now they have blocked me. Worst service ever!

But quality of product is worst.it is very different from the product which shown in pic.when i found this cheap quality product I was disappointed because I had never expect this.when I message on her what's app number she didn't reply.she didn't reply my call also.i want to return and refund money.

I ordered a lehenga from @ethnicize instagram account. I paid rs.2800. The item which was delivered looked nothing like the original item on the image shown. I had asked multiple times if the item will look like the product on the image and she kept confirming that the item is exactly the same. When the item arrived, i was so disappointed as it was such cheap quality and good for nothing. I have been trying to reach them on phone/whatsapp/instagram but no response. I requested for exchange if not refund but if no response ever comes what should one do.

I ordered a lehnga from this so called # page âall eyes over hereâ. The piece which i got was a cheap replica of what i saw on her page.
Being so disappointed and dissatisfied from the product, i asked her to exchange of return the product, but the lady, she is extremely rude. She wonât reply to your messages even when you know that she has read them all.
I tried to get my money back or another product in exchange for like 4-5 months, but got nothing.
On top of that she has no sense to talk to the customers.
Please donât ever order any stuff from this lady, complete fraud she is.

Worst service ever! They do not reply.. Read all the messages!!
Bought a lehenga from them thru insta... Got very different product and the quality was not as good as they showed.
Specially asked if they have return policy to which they agreed and then after receiving the product i texted them back for return.. I never got a reply!
I texted them 10-15 messages which they read.. I was able to see seen sign!
Do not buy anything from them ever!!

So my order was shipped yesterday and somehow I went to google reviews for drapematic (alias for All eyes over here). And read all the comments. To my surprise, almost everyone said the same thing that the product pictures that are shown on the Instagram page are deceptive. I immediately messaged that lady to cancel my order. It's funny how she never tried to convince me to first see the product or get it exchanged in case I didn't like it. She immediately told me that she will file a court case. And it's even more funny to see that she has so many complaints against her and yet she has the audacity to threaten me of a court case and how her lawyers are going to harass me now. I have attached pictures. I hope she gets caught and people seriously stop buying from such fraudulent people/websites/Instagram links. I am glad I just got saved.

I had ordered a lehenga and its totally different of what I received. I asked her for lehenga pics but she refused to give saying the lehenga is the same as displayed on website. I told her I want to return it as its some cheap quality product and not at all as described on the page but she is refusing to take it. She has literally cheated me. I am attaching pics of what I was supposed to get and what I got.

I ordered 2 lehengas from them and paid for both. But the fact is that i received only one lehenga. When we try to contact tge seller, she nvr replies. Pathetic experience. Will never again trust this shopping site. I m shocked how low people can stoop only for few bucks. She says that i will receive it and it has been dispatched but she is reluctant to share tracking details. I have never faced such cheaters before. These shopping sites should be completely banned as they break the trust of people.

I have received low quality piece and the person is not ready to refund or exchange it. For that worst quality of cloth i have paid 1600/- and it was not even worth of 700/- when i told to lodge complaint about it in consumer court the person was least bothered about it. The person responding to whatsapp chat is least bothered about any complaints or customer feedback and constantly sent me their policy. Not receiving calls of me. Can we collectively lodge complaint against them?

Aeoh (All eyes over here - apparently the clothing brand) takes your order online, sends the guy for delivery (Who by the way is another clever guy and won't leave unless you pay) and what you receive, is completely the opposite of what you see in the pictures on their facebook and instagram page!!
Obviously you will whatsapp them on the said number and try to resolve by either exchanging it for another piece or asking for refund.
Now comes their smartness, they will stop replying to your messages, disconnect your calls and will be online all the time and will be a mute spectator to all your complaints!!
I ordered a lehenga fabric from them, firstly i ordered a yellow lehenga and i received an orange one! The dupatta is so short that it looks like a square and the fabric is like paper!
The blouse was supposed to be golden but i received an orange blouse which looks like a table mat!!
Now the woman named jia is not answering my call since days and my money has gone waste!!

I ordered one lehnga which is of 1700 rs. And i asked her again and again that it would be same as shown or not and she said yes yes it is same exactly. She lied to me. The lehnga i got was not even 2% of what i paid, afterwords she refused to pay back nd for exchange too. This site is not at all good. People plz do not trust these frauds please please. The lady whom i was talking to she does not even have the sense to talk. She is horrible and ugly. I m filing case in consumer court.
