Lehenga with this instagram page on 04/01/2019. I got the delivery on 08/01/2019 and paid rs. 1750/- on receiving it. The product that i received looked nothing like what i had placed an order for. It was completely different and looked very cheap and not even worth 1/4th of what i paid. I tried contacting the owner jia - [protected] who despite being online all the time and constantly posting on instagram tried to ignore my messages. I tried calling her but she never picked up and finally i tried from different numbers but her number is now unreachable. I want a refund of my money at any cost as this is not a small amount and i want my money's worth. I also contacted the after sales person but she is just saying that she will ship the replacement product but even that is not done. It's more than a month to all this going on. This cannot go on and i hope some strict action is taken against this person. I have seen many complaints about this company in fact only complaints so i really hope some action is taken. I totally support the above comments... This page is fake and doesn't provide the same product as shown in the picture...they don't even pic up the call and don't even reply the customers...I'll make sure I'll reach there shop...and return my clothes...
An instagram seller named 'heavenvilla' has cheated on me, i hd ordered a lehnga from their instagram page and paid rs 2450 cash but did not liked it & asked her(Sanjana kapoor) i visited to their store which is located in boriwali neela society, prem nagar and they showed me only 3-4 outfits which i don't like and their price was[protected] i already wasted my 2450 because of them and they throw me out their shop they said i have only these much i[censored] want take or else go with r old onem Please help me & oblige, please... her address (A1, Neela, Kiran Rashmi Neela society, prem Nagar, behind zunka Bhakar, Borivali West. 400092.
