I am KUMARAN S studying M.Pharm in Karnataka College of Pharmacy, Bangalore.
I passed GPAT 2019 and joined in 2020-21 batch . My GPAT application is approved and got Stipend for three months. And after its stoped. My application also not opening. I don't know what is the problem. Please let me the status and proceed my stipend amount

Ours is a private institution, anyhow the education is the fundamental part of a student. At Sri Basaveshwara Institute of Technology tiptur Karnataka.
Poor lab conditions, some equipment are under repair and some specified IS equipment for VTU prescribed experiments are not available. Out of it only 20% are in the college under working condition . Another 20% of equipment are under repair. Remaining 60% we don't have any equipment. There is no restroom for girls and boys no drinking water, worst canteen.
How the old committee of AICTE has approved the college without reviewed we don't no. And regarding the quality of education facilities would see some of the students faces during exam time only because there are working professional who doing part-time/ correspondence BE management suggest to faculties to provide internal marks.
Where is the technical education comes to people if they don't know how to prepare or doing job in the society, it may affect the sincere one and made competition on others.
Last year affiliation of this institution made fake document by showing BSc nursing, pu student and other courses students as engineering student like that. Might be we don't have proof. Please do the enquiry who can be made this type of cheating to Hon'ble AICTE and Visvesraya Technological University, Belagavi, Karnataka.
If AICTE corrupted who is taking the action on them.
The college code is SW, Bengaluru region.
If we ask / don't do the false, they fire from the job, and the matter of life threatening. We are in helpless condition. Some of the condition of lab etc are attached below. Please find the attachment.
All are in front of you. I hope you/AICTE provide justice and equity.

I am a student of college of Engineering and Technology, Bhubaneshwar, Odisha.
Our college is not following the covid 19
Protocols set by the government.
Students and teachers are not wearing masks in the college and are also not maintaining social distancing.
On top of that they are asking us to attend class in full strength in offline mode and not giving us the online mode.
So I kindly request you to take necessary actions .
I am also attaching a video of the students in our college violating covid 19 protocols with the college taking no action against them .
I wish to keep myself anonymous so that I do not get harassed at clg by the teachers and authorities.

Respected Sir/Mam, my sister Jyotismita Das, studying at Tezpur University, Assam applied as fresh candidate this year for Pragati Scholarship for Girl Students (Degree) but 2 of the document were marked as defective, rest were all correct.

As mentioned by the institute the income and domicile certificate were not signed by competent authority Govt of India.
But we had submitted domicile certificate duly signed by ward commissioner (govt. Of Assam)and Income certificate ( tehsildar/Mazumder govt of Assam).

Let me inform you that our application has been marked as defective by institute two times. At first, it was mentioned that some of the documents are not in AICTE format (although the documents were duly signed by state officials, govt. of india) and no mention of "signed by competent Govt. Authority " was there. So, we did accordingly which took time as its is official work that too in such COVID 19 situation.

Then again for the 2nd time the application was marked as defective where there was mention of "signed by competent Govt. Authority ".

As the institute did not explained clearly while asking, whose signature is actually required. So, it took time on finding and now she have obtained herDomicile and also Income certificate duly signed by (competent authority)higher officials govt. Of Assam(India).

But the upload page is not opening now .So please help me with where to submit these documents.Also, I found a message that from this year institute will directly provide the scholarship fee.In that case please mention the contact details of the person whom I am supposed to mail these documents .
As no message of last date received was received by us and also considering the current COVID-19 situation, I request you to accept the application.Also we had applioed almost 2 months before the closing date and all the documents were submitted.Also, regarding these two updated documents only the signature has been updated and the rest text or information or contents is same as submitted earlier.With due respect I want to state that Sir/Mam, it is only you, being a grievance redressal officer, and your department which only deal with NSP Scholarships, can help us in getting the benefit of the above mentioned scholarship.
Lastly, I hope you will understand our problem and take necessary positive steps as required and not allow my sister to get deprived of the scholarship.

I am Aditya Narayan Rana, I completed my b pharm degree under MAKAUT university.Then I take admission M PHARM in 'KRUPANIDHI COLLEGE OF PHARMACY' which under' RAJIV GANDHI UNIVERSITY'.But some economical problem I cancel the admission after starting of class (3 weeks).They don't refund my money & also said, refund is not possible

I took admission in met mass media mumbai nd now i want to cancel the admission becz of covid 19 i dont want to continue my pg they are not refunding fees

According to the new guidelines issued that the last date of refund of fees by AICTE approved colleges regarding cancellation of admission is 10th November and a maximum of 1000 can be deducted, i would like to bring to the notice that Christ university Bangalore is not responding to my mails regarding refund. i would request the concerned authorities to look into the matter.
I had withdrawn the admission on 16th October 2020 and had written numerous mails to them. My application no is[protected] and had been registered for btech engg. in EtCs ( with AI & ML).

Dear sir/madam here from telagana many of colleges are running with faculty. From bhomgir am studying in vennela mba college here only faculty are there totaly 10 students are also not in college due to corono no salary so no faculty are in college.but the management was running a college.sir the govt is giving funds not to develope managements, to develope students.now a days no one is showing intrest on teaching because of you people.your aicte is spoling many of students life. With out any faclites you r giving permission.do one thing sir send your children to the same colleges.

Make a change do some thing good to nation.

The above named college collected rs.1, 15, 000/- from me (Fees released by bank of baroda, netaji subhash place branch, new delhi education loan) for the 2nd year 2019-20 fees for bba aviation course in april 2019. After making the payment my son approached the galgotia university college, greater noida for continuing his second year classes and they asked him to submit bank statement and proof of payment and cancelled his admission. I belong to a middle class family and arranged educational loan from the bank of barorda.in view of the cancellation of admission, i request the honorable committee of the consumer redressal forum to intervene the matter and take appropriate action for refund from galgotia university enabling me to pay back the educational loan amount to bank of baroda.

I had many a times sent email request for refund but no reply so far received from the college.

Acharya institute of technology, soladevanahalli, bengaluru which comes under vtu of karnataka charges 1% of penalty over fee of 80, 000 if there is one day delay in fee payment and penalty percentage raises day by day. Even in this covid time college is asking penalty. When there is struggle to pay fee itself, it is very crucial act by college. And no online class and attendance is offered for who didn't pay the fee. No other colleges under vtu asked fee till date as university ordered to react with mercy, but acharya institute is asking for penalty of thousand rupees along with fee. Please take strict action against this. I have attested screen shot email sent by college.

My colllege is demanding students to pay 61000 fee before September 30 2020
If students didn't pay fee then they will include a fine of 50 rupess per day as late fee
They are demanding us to pay .and hey are also saying that if we didn't pay with in October then they will remove name's from register
My father is a farmer how can I pay 61000 in lock down
So they I am requesting u to interfear as soon as possible

I am a faculty of an private engineering college named modern institute of engineering & technology, barol, bandei. I am working from 8th july 2019. College don't pay salary in time and in this pamdamic situation from february to july they did not pay salary. We taking online class and also doing our college work properly. We are going into fustration, please help us pleaseee

Sir/mam,
I am a student of grd imt (Guru ram das institute of management and technology) and as the colleges are closed due to coronavirus outbreak. The college is not providing us any online classes, they have shared some you tube links and told us to study from there and make notes. If we have to study from youtube only then why are we paying tuition fees in college. How are we supposed to give exams without any proper guidance and if they are not providing any guidance they shouldn't ask for tution fees. The college is pressuring us to submit fees otherwise they are telling us they would cancel our admission.
Kindly look into the matter and provide us with a solution.

I passed out btech (Ece) from asansol engineering college in the year 2018. The college issued me college leaving certificate on 24/05/2019. Caution deposit money should be refunded with in a month but sorry to say one year completed but i did not recd. My genuine refund. Several times intimated, lodged nch complain vide doc no.1958743 dated 16/03/2020 but no response have been received from the college. Myreg. No[protected] of[protected] and university roll no.[protected] under session[protected]. Now i am a mba student under bangalore university. I need money for my studies. My college is your under jurisdiction. Please see the matter as urgent. Thanks.

Our college faculties and management system is putting pressure on all the students by assigning a lot of assignments and projects amid lockdown
We have no knowledge about current semester syllabus and we are not even getting essential study materials and online classes are also never conducted please
And now making us to write online internal tests about which we have no knowledge also we reside in remote area so no proper network facility kindly take some action
They have not even provided a student grievance redressal form in their official website they are not working according to students friendly please save us

As in gitam university are conducting classes with the outbreak of corona virus. They are not saying any health precautions and safety measurements and in our destination is viral infection suffering area which we previously had chicken pox, dengue etc. There is more foreigners in our university and authorities failed to take a serious action.. So we are requesting to grant adequate health leaves to be safe from the outbreak of covid-19.

From last seven months i did not got scholarship but in pg scholarship portal the stipend got approved by cpsms and its also showing the amount credited date from august (2019) to january (2020) but i haven't received the amount in my bank account. I have checked in the portal, my bank details are correct and beneficiary code is also generated.
Please sir do me a favour... Tell me what's going on?
