I made payment (of rupees 3000) on 20 Aug 2022 around 10.00 PM for NORCET 2022 through UPI, the amount was deducted from my account but it didn't get updated in NORCET portal. I did not had 24 hours to wait because the registration will get closed by the next day 5.00 PM.

So after waiting one and half hour, again I made payment for the same through different payment mode (Debit card), still amount was deducted from my account but it didn't got reflected in NORCET portal.

Then I noticed, approximately after an hour the payment got updated in NORCET portal.
Hereby I humbly request you to refund the payment of one of the transaction I made. I am not sure which payment got successfully updated on the portal, but I made the payment twice and both the time rupees 3000 was deducted from my account.
Please check and do the needful.
