I paid for the inicet July 2021 exam for md/ms on 26/3/21 at around 9 am with my credit card and again on 27/3/21 at around 9 am with Google pay...my id is P[protected]...but my account shows as payment incomplete and I'm not able to proceed further

I have done the payment for AIIMS MD/MS program July session on 26 th March 2021 at 5:36 pm but the payment option on the site is still showing incomplete payment though the amount has been deducted from my bank account .

The online payment option shows incomplete even after the money has been deducted three times from my account. Nobody recieves the call made on toll free number provided on the site. No reply for the mail sent to aiims.[protected]@gmail.com. Also no one recieves the call made on the numbers provided on this page(consumer complaints.in).
