Respected sir/ma'am,
I Candidate ID:[protected] have paid the fees but the form still shows incomplete even after waiting for 48 hours. We did not get any refund as well. For precautionary purposes, I initiated another payment and even that has failed but the amount was deducted. This means I paid twice the fees and still unable to complete the form. I called the toll free number [protected] and there was no response. I put a request to email aiims.[protected]@gmail.com and no response, thus no help. I request you to please look into the matter as soon as possible because I have lost alot of money and the form is incomplete and the last date is closing in.
I hope you take actions as soon as possible.

Dear Sir/ma'am,
This is regarding the payment issue during the final registration of INI-CET MDS exam...i have already made the payment of Rs 2000 on 19/10/20 which has been debited from my account but i can still not proceed to the next step and it still shows incomplete payment...have already sent them 2-3 mails and tried contacting the customer care but no response...kindly look into the matter since the last date is round the corner.

While filling the INI-CET final registration process online for my ID: P[protected], payment of Rs. 2000/- was made on 22/10/2020 and deducted from my account, however, the payment status still says incomplete on the candidate dashboard. I have written an email to aiims.[protected]@gmail.com and called on their number: [protected] multiple times with no response from their side.

Kindly inform me of how this can be corrected, weather I should wait for the status to be updated what to do.

I have paid a sum of RS.2000 [through YONO SBI BANK DEBIT CARD ending with the card number ×××××4191 and } with regard to applying for INICET November 2020.Transaction was done around 2:35 pm on 21st October 2020 .Money has been deducted from my account and message has been sent by the bank that the transaction was successful.

But the AIIMS website is showing that the payment has not been completed (payment incomplete status) even after 2 days of successful transaction and I was not able to proceed to next step in the applying process beyond "Payment Step".Please confirm the payment.
I have also tried mailing and lodging the complaint twice . No helpline number are working .

This complaint is regarding fee payment problem in final registration for INI-CET 2020. I have paid the fees of Rs2000/- through debit card on 18/10/2020. The registration page still shows the payment as incomplete.I have called on toll free number and emailed them but there was no response.Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest as the final date is approaching.

I was trying all type of payment process but payment is not occure.What i do for this problem . During payment process, there was notification that your payment process is going on but payment completion not seen on registration page.Only 4 dfays left for final registration .I was trying for this issue for last 4 days .What i do for that issue.Give me solution for this issue as soon as possible.

Respected sir, i challa Manisha with registration no.P[protected] has done my online payment for MDS Jan 20-21 on Oct 20 through rupay debit card, my bank statement has shown the debited amount but iam unable to proceed for further registration process as it is showing my payment step as incomplete. Regarding INI_CET 2020 MD/MS payment

SIR, myself Swapnasha Sahu. I have made a payment for my application P[protected] on 10.16 AM on 22nd october through ICICI BANK debit card. 2020. MONEY deducted and payment still shows incomplete .
hence i request you to either made the payment successful or return the exam fee of 2000 rupees.

I have made a internet banking payment of my online application of INI-CET form on 22/10/2020 at around 14:03 hours with the Ref no. [protected]IGAJRHWYF7, but it is not reflected on my account. I know a huge problem regarding payment and payment options are persisting in the site, but kindly do resolve the matter.
