It's been 2 months since they have debited money from my account twice. They have assured me of refunding after 1 month, but it didn't happen. Now it is 2 months but, no one is replying to any mail and they have switched off all the phones, which were provided for complaint. This is totally unacceptable from your side. Please look into the matter.

Updated by Jibetosh Biswas My issue still hasn't been resolved. Nobody replies to mails. People in AIIMS only assured me that my money will be returned. This is nothing but harassment. The bank is saying the payment has been made already. AIIMS is not helping at all. How can extra money be charged from students and even after assurance the money is not returned!
