On 12 Oct 2020 amount 2000 rupees was deducted from my icici bank account while paying examination fees for INI-CET Nov 2020. Though amount was deducted from my account through Billdesk payment gateway, AIIMS site shows it as a failed transaction and didn't refund the amount yet. Kindly do the needful for the refund at the earliest.

    I m Dr.RAKSHITHSAGAR D registered to Nov aiims 2020 with my REG ID. P[protected] and ROLL NO. 2128854 has done double payment for my registration fee once from card transaction 2nd time by upi with my registered mobile no.. Till now has not got any refund or emails regarding it. Kindly help me in this regard.

      I paid inicet exam fee of Rs 2000 via UPI on[protected]. transaction was successful but my application was not accepted.So i paid with other account which was readily accepted.Till now i didn't receive my amount back..i contacted phone pay, they said AIIMS is not responding to their complaint.I even contacted bank people they said AIIMS must refund your amount and they can't do anything. Where is my amount now... why you people not refunding and also not responding?? Kindly look into this

        When I was registering for INICET exams at the AIIMS online forum, my first transaction wasn't recognised by the website and I had to pay the fees once again, and the second transaction was successful.
        It would be really helpful if my first transaction is refunded back.
        I had received a reply mail saying that the refunds will be made within 45 days from the last date of Final Registration. (i.e. 26.10.2020)
        and it has been 45 days. I haven't gotten any refund yet and my other colleagues that I know who had paid twice also didn't get any refund.

          I had to do payment twice as the first payment via google pay UPI was unsuccessful. The payment i did through my debit card was successful. The amount has been debited fromy account twice. When i contacted the bank they verified that both the amount has been credited to AIIMS account

              It's been 2 months since they have debited money from my account twice. They have assured me of refunding after 1 month, but it didn't happen. Now it is 2 months but, no one is replying to any mail and they have switched off all the phones, which were provided for complaint. This is totally unacceptable from your side. Please look into the matter.

              My issue still hasn't been resolved. Nobody replies to mails. People in AIIMS only assured me that my money will be returned. This is nothing but harassment. The bank is saying the payment has been made already. AIIMS is not helping at all. How can extra money be charged from students and even after assurance the money is not returned!
              How many days should I wait to get confirmation about the money refund status. This is highly unprofessional to harass students. There is no way of direct communication and I have to wait every single day to get a reply via mail from your side. It feels like you are showing kindness. More than 2 months have already been passed and still I'm not sure I will get the money or not. Kindly, explain the matter to me or tell me what should I do next.

                I have filled the application form regarding INI-CET.

                I have made a transaction of Rs.1500 under SC category through debit card which not verified.Again I had done 2nd payment through Net banking which is accepted.

                So.kindly refund the amount as soon as possible.

                The details of the payment are,
                I have completed the payment from OPTION 2nd of make online payment, with my RUPAY SBI DEBIT CARD

                and the status said completed successfully.I am attaching a screenshot of the same.

                  I paid aiims pg registration fee on 30th oct 2020. The money was deducted from my account but the payment was failed due to AIIMS site error.

                  Transaction Ref#IGAJSQTTE5 on 30 Oct20.
                  I didn't get refund even after 40 days .. please send me the refund ASAP.

                      Dear Sir/Mam

                      My sister had an eye surgery on November 21st 2020 ; and today is our appointment for consulting doctor ! Her both eyes had problem and only one eye is operated, and from one eye she can't see, and the operated eye is also not recovered completely ! Guards on entry asked me to accompany her and gave us the queue ! And told me to wait on the side benches till our number comes ! Supervisor came and told me to get outside without even listening me ! I went outside and was standing on right side, the supervisor again came and talked to me in ill manner even threatened that he won't let me in at any cost and he is from army he can throw me out in seconds ! Even the doctors had told not to leave my sister alone as she can see merely ! But they didn't listen and shouted at me ! If this is the condition of guards in India's best hospital then I'm feeling sorry to visit here ! Guards are for maintaining rules and regulations and helping out people not to threaten them without listening !

                                      I have done payment for recruitment for Group ABC phase 2 using UPI mode dated 16/11/2020, money has been deducted from my account, but my payment status shows "incomplete". I am not able to proceed further
                                      i called helpline no. many time today, but I got no response.
                                      I Tried to do the payment again so that i could fill the form on time, but it shows "response has been tampered".

                                      I tried to make new registration using new id and mobile no.
                                      And There also same problem occured.
                                      Money has been deducted from credit card but screen says response has been tempered.
                                      Again!
                                      what is this happening.

                                      There should be a option like enter transaction id if payment done, and form last date should be extended,
                                      This is not expected from country's Top medical institution.
