Dear Sir / Madam,
I have done payment for my brother DR.K SUDHARSAN for AIIMS exam of Rs.2011.8 through online gateway, first time the payment was not notified succesful or failure it asked me to login again and enter details for the payment, I entered the details and payed once again through other gateway and there was not any confirmation for a succesfull transactions. Rs.2011.8 was debited for the first time on 12- Oct- 2020. For the second payment Rs.2000 was debited on 12-Oct-2020 and further Rs.11.8 was debited on 14-Oct-2020. I have done both the transaction through SBI Netbanking. I had enquired about my status from SBI Customer care they said both of my transaction was succesfull and the money will be returned once one of my payment is cancelled from AIIMS side. My brother have mentioned about this and send several mails to aiims.[protected]@gmail.com but did not get any reply please do the needful.
Kindly cancel any one of payment and allow my money to be reverted back into my account. My details are as follows.
