Sir/madam, This is with reference to a student who is appearing at aiims mbbs exam 2019. Student name: vaibhav vats dwivedy Date of birth: 21 nov 2001 Basic registration id: u[protected] Basic registration date: 23/12/2018 Ruc: 8252694 Mobile no: [protected] I have made the payment of ₹1500 on 24/02/19 at 10:55 pm through sbi payment option via visa debit card and the amount has been deducted from my bank account. Yet the aiims site is showing that the payment is due. When i am trying to make the payment again, a message is displayed as below: "a payment has already been intiated for the same reference number. Your request cannot be processed." I would humbly request you to kindly look into the matter at the earliest so that i can complete my final registration. I am not able to move further into the next steps as the site is displaying that step 5 (Making of payment) is incomplete. I have also attached the screenshots of the deduction message from sbi bank account and also the message that is displayed on the screen regarding the payment error.
