All India Institute Of Medical Science [AIIMS] — refund aiims registration fees

This is to bring to your notice that i have applied for the aiims 2019 exam and my registration id is u[protected]], name sangeeta telang. I made the payment of rs.1500/- which was successful and my bank account was debited. Yet the aiims site is showing that the payment has not been made. When i am going to make the payment again, a message is coming as below:
"a payment has already been intiated for the same reference number. Your request cannot be processed."

I have tried several numbers that have been provided without any success. I have even sent a mail to 'aiims. [protected]@gmail.com' but have not received any reply as yet.
S0 kindly refunf my money

My name is Abhishek Kumar and ID for AIIMS 2019 Is U[protected]. On February
23rd my money deducted twice during payment of AIIMS application form. First time payment done by debit card but still shows no payment then second payment by upi then payment completed but still refund not get . Amount RS 1200 .

Dear sir /madam i pay aiims ug registration fee 2019 1st by sbi card which failed but amount 1200 debit from my account.
2nd time by BOB that is successfull.
So please refund my money 1200 which did by sbi debit card on

The sbi payment confirmation after few days later, i also complained in sbi but they give confirmation which goes later so please refund the money
