[Resolved] Allahabad Bank — Amount deducted from account but cash didn't come out of atm | |||
I have a salary account with allahbad bank My name is (Ubid ahmed) bank account number ([protected]) mobile number [protected] on 13 may 2017 i have withdraw rupees 5000 from canara bank atm machine in laxmi nagar delhi 110092. My allahbaad bank accont has been debited but i have not received cash from that atm machine... Till today i have not received credited back into my allahbaad bank please registered my complaint and please credit back my money... This is happening to me for the 6th time!
I tried to take out 1, 000 rupees from a SBI ATM. The ATM released a slip saying “Unable to process request.” I tried again. But no money came out.
Later, I receive two messages saying that my account is debited by Rupees 1, 000 TWICE!
I lost 2, 000 rupees just like that.
Allahabad customer care is the worst. No one ever answers.
Please look into this issue and try to resolve as soon as you can.
In such cases, the bank should credit back the amount fast but what can you expect from a bank like Allahabad.
My name is AANCHAL TRIVEDI and I have an account with Juhu branch of Allahabad bank.
I am a student and get very little money.
That 2, 000 was the last I had in my account. I need it to be credited back ASAP!
