Good evening

i am sayeb babu ansari today 22/2/2021 of my father, he reached about 11 Am in Allahabad Bank, branch Sidhi branch code - 210253, and here is not got any amount approximately 4 hours and here work is always delay.

so kindly solve the problem

        I have been trying to make payments from last 3 days but neither my Allahabad Bank debit card is working nor I am able to pay through any other UPI app through my saved card. Allahabad Bank has not even sent any SMS if there is any change in IFSC code of the branch or any other change due to merging with Indian Bank. What are we supposed to do as customers? Run rounds of the Bank branch in this Covid 19 situation? This is purely customer harassment. Pathetic services from the Bank's side. I need this to be resolved asap or I will go further and complaint about this to the RBI complaint forum.

                    My mother have account in Allahabad bank in Agota branch. On dated 5th Oct’2020 my brother visited in bank for depositing the amount of Rs.40, 000/- and while the process he asked for the receipt of deposit on which the manager replied that they do not provide any receipt to any of their customer and this is their protocol. After massive argument on this, branch manager said he can only update the passbook in hand written manner. And the same instance happened again when he deposited amount of Rs.67, 000/- dated on 24th Nov, 2020, again the bank manager denied to give the receipt of deposit with bank stamp.
                    When we came in the requirement of money and visited the main branch for withdrawal we were surprised to know that none of the amount was been credited in account. We immediately reported this issue with branch manager on which he told that we have to visit the sub branch for further investigation where we had deposited the amount (40, 000+67, 000), because they were not having any details of that transaction done in sub branch.
                    On the given instruction we again visited in the sub branch for investigating the matter and raising the complaint. We escalated the case with above said manager of bank and got response that “there must be technical glitch so that is why amount not yet credited and not showing in your account”, and said “we will sort this issue soon and update you once resolved”.
                    Post this instance we had visited multiple times and every time they gave same response. Two months of the incident have passed and no action has been taken so far even though the fraud was immediately reported. This is very mournful to inform you that the staffs are not helping us in any manner and it looks very suspicious by the behavior of the bank manager that he has intentionally done this and looks he knows everything about the fraud. I have more clues and testament about this and will ready to disclose once I get the concrete and fruitful response from your side.

                        Dated 8/2/2021. I have made transaction from Allahabad ATM card in Axis Bank ATM near Felix Square 00000DWR04481. I have made 3 transactions in which 2 were failed and only one was successful. The money debited was 10000 and 5000. The transaction number was [protected] and [protected]. Please check the details of the transactions. Kindly refund the amount asap. It's already 24hrs the transaction happened but the money still didn't come automatically. Kindly process the refund asap.
