                      My money debited from my account on 6th jan '21 for the payment on swiggy, but some times later I got a msg from swiggy that the pYment was failed.I contacted to swiggy customer support & they told me that the money was not credited to their account. After 15 days of this incident till now my money is not auto credited to my account. So I want to file a Chargeback... I request you plz kindly pay attention on my issue.

                          I would like to inform you there were 4 times debited from my allahabad bank a/c through RTN chrg vide dated 05.01.21, 12.01.21, 14, 01.21 and 16.01.21 of amount Rs. 118/- each time (copy attached). What is the reason for RTN chrg debited from my a/c. pls clarify.

                                    I operate a PPF account in your Noida, Sec 10 branch (Branch code 00918, Acc number: [protected]). However, since the last two years I got transferred to my job from New Delhi to Kolkata. As I am not staying in Delhi anymore, I am facing problems in operating the account. Thus, I want to transfer the said PPF account to the allahabad branch near to my home ( Allahabad bank, Andul, Howrah; Branch code 212312). I tried to write to the corresponding branch in Noida but never could reach them. In this on-going pandemic situation I am not willing to visit the branch and further, just for the transfer of the account I do not want to pay for the journey between Kolkata and Delhi.
