I was withdrawing 7000 rupee from atm in evening of 8 november 2019 but did not get cash from atm and after transaction my money was deducted from my account.
Regarding this i have intimated the allahabad bank near saraiyaganj branch in muzaffarpur bihar but as of now i did not receive d my moneyt because of which i am facing problem.
Kindly look into the matter and suggest me for ahead.
I will be grateful if the allahabad bank should take it on priority basis

    I am Suman Bhukta, my account number [protected], IFSC code ALLA0210950, Rajnagar branch.For online order in amazon i Made a transaction on 8 August 2019, amount of Rs.4449/(including pickup charge Rs.100/) through Amazon. later I cancelled my order. Amazon says refund initiated In 10th August 2019 but it not credited in my account, then I call Amazon customer care, they give me a reference ID 261381 and said that it already processed by bank . But money not credited in my account still now.My order details[protected].

          Whenever i use my atm or any online upi apps to debit the money, it shows that i don't have money in the account but, when i check the balance, it shows i have some money in the account.
          So what's the reason for that, and please solve my issue as soon as possible.

          Please solve this issue, unblock my account
          I am not able to do any transactions since this issue.
          Please find the screenshots as in screenshots you can see i have balance in my account and still it shows "i don't have enough amount to transfer".

            And on 6 jan 2020 amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money.

                While filling up the application form of drdo on 16 jan my application form is not completed due to bank server down and an amount of Rs 100 rupees has been deducted from my account on 16 jan at 8:15 pm and the amount has not been refunded yet to my account and the UTR no.[protected]

                  I returened my book problem and solution in mathematical statistics cost rs 450. On date on 8dec 2019 and i returned it on 19 dec 2019, and amazon has refund the money but its not appearing on my account so they given me the refund reference number[protected]. It is now 16 days but still the money is not reflected at my account. I hope the issue will resolve shortly.

Account transferred online in nov month but physical paper not received in faizabad branch till date. We are visited 4 time in faizabad branch but they said no physical paper received till 27 dec 2019. I total confused that how much time taken by roorkee branch to send the physical documents to faizabad branch. I have a two account in sbi bank and their staff is very cooperative instead allahbad bank. My wife holding this account from her childhood and she want to carry on this account but after this type of bad service i changed my mind and want to closed this account near future and advice my all friend and relative do not open account in allahabad bank.

                              Sir mai 26 november ko account khola tha. Aur pura proof diya tha. Lekin mere account me 15december ko paisa aya to mai nikalane allahabad bank mai gaya. Aur apane account se paisa nikalane ko kaha to bank ke cassier ne kaha ki mere account mai cvc nahi huya abhi tumhara paisa nahi nikalega. Aur kaha tum apana adher kard dedo aur next day aana. Aur jab mai agle din gaya to dubara phir yahi kaha. Mai phir agle din gaya to phir yahi kaha aur jab mai dusare din gaya to kaha ki cvc jodane mai time lagata. Abi mai tumhe clear nahi bata sakata ki kitana time lagega. Sir mere yaha see bank 2.5km dur padata aur koi sadhan bhi nahi bank jane ke liye. Aur sir mai ek left pair se viklong hu. And roj paresan karate aur mera paisa bhi nahi nikate.

                                    I made 2 transactions on 12/10/19 of 12898 each (Rrn number:[protected] and[protected] on flipkart via phonepe. The transaction
                                    Id on phonepe was (P1910120008535073465780 and c1910120007169342177613). The transaction failed both the times but money was debited from my account via the debit card. I confirmed both from flipkart and phonepe and they told me that the transaction failed due to
                                    Issue from the allahabad bank and they have not received the money. I
                                    Further raised a complaint in this regard on 25/10/19 (Complain id 136441) which was closed and a ticket was raised[protected].
                                    After many weeks are passed, i raised another complaint but all were closed citing the above ticket number. When i visited the branch they told me that ticket has been raised and only hq can do something. I also mailed the issue to ho. [protected]@allahabadbank.in, gm. [protected]@allahabadbank.in and imps. [protected]@allahabadbank.in but no response from any of them. Its been more than 3 months now and my money has not come back yet. I request you to please look into the matter and do the needful so that i can get my money back.

                                    Pos machine provided by Allahabad Bank is not working well, and bank will be charged 10, 000 rupees, I want to surrender my pos machine and pls return my 10000 rupees.

                                      The manager gave the stamp of 100 rs for exist laon of 1 lakh, but he cancelled my loan agreement, i give him the stamp of 2018 but he return the stamp of 2017, this stamp is under the loan agreement, this manager not cooperate the costemers, he is most agrisive to the costemers
                                      Please i want result, without fail i transfer my home loan in another bank, most of the complents of manager from the costemers
                                      Allahabad Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      I am order a product in amazon company they are refunded my amount in Allahabad Bank but I didn't receive my amount please i need refund the amount is 774

                                        I am Nand Kishore singh and i am writing this as rs60000 has been withdrawn from my bank using atm card which was present with me but the transaction has been done without atm being physically present. I have my account in allahabad bank samastipur branch. I have already informed them for the fraud but they also don’t know the location from which the transaction is made. last seven transations.

                                        Please assist me with the further process to get my money back.
