I bought a veet body wax from amazon... And i was returned this product but i didn't get my refund in my account.. I contacted amazon they give me reference no.. But bank is not giving me a my money... Amazon transaction ancient on 7th april but still i didn't get my refund... Please help me what is matter? What is problem your system.. Please give me my money allahabad bank.. Amount is 382 rupees

Hi sir,
Today morning I went to with draw 30000. From axis Bank atm . First attempt tried to withdraw 10k but it said transaction failed and tried again 2 times today 30000 got debited..
But cash hasn't come out please help me out..

Sir, i haven't receive my refund yet in my bank account. Which is frim amazon and its been 15 days since they processed the amount. Amount is of ₹1899 amd i'm vijay singh self account holder of allahabad bank. Amazon processed the refund on 05 april 2019 and from their side it is likely to be credited to my bank account by 12th april 2019 but yet it isn't credited. I chosen the method of payment through debit card.

Amazon has issued me refund on 5th of April 2019 amount 1116 in my account but bank has not credited that amount.Amazon has given me ref. No which is[protected] i complained many times to the bank but they ignored and said we are unable to inform you any information and used rude languages on toll free no of Allahabad bank which is [protected]

My self vivek singh. I have cancelled the some items of rupees 1870 through online purchasing in amazon on 4th april 2019 but the amount is not credited in my account. I talk to amazon customer care and customer care says that money has been sent to your give the reference number authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is[protected]. After talking to amazon, i talked to allahabad bank's customer care but they refused to give any information based on the reference number. I m totally harassed so i request you please resolve this problem immediately thanking you.

Charge back letter needed regarding payment of 4938 on 16/03/19 to BIG Bazar, Kanke Road, done successfully but the bill was not generated so i did not get my items.

I have complained many times, in every times it's shown payment done/transferred/debited successfully. But non of time I have got any charge back letter neither branch manager have any idea about such letter.

I did 4 transaction on 31st march of rs 1011 each on bookmyshow which got cancelled and refund was issued to me of rs. 970 for each 4 transaction... But till date no refund has been credited into my bank account

I even contacted bookmyshow and they said refund was initiated on same very date but bank has not credited the same... Even in website it is showing that amount has been refunded but same is not credited by allahabad bank till date

Have wrote so my mails to them even called there customer care but no solution

I had ordered a shirt from amazon which was a size smaller than what i expected so i had requested for the return of the product and refund the money to my bank account which is connected to my amazon. Amazon has initiated the refund of rupees 495 for the transaction done on 3rd april 2019. We have successfully returned the product. And yet the money isnt refunded due to the negligence of the bank.[protected] is the reference code.

I was trying to withdraw money r. S. 5500/- from canara bank atm (Cug branch atm sector-29 gandhinagar gujarat, near central university gujarat) on 2nd april. But no cash came out of the atm after going through all necessary option.
However, immediately i received a sms regarding debit/detection of amount from my account. I waited for some time to see if the amount got reversed got my account but no sms was received.

I dont understand why?. I asked to him why you will not open then he said you are characterless. You know why i told staff hello sir.

You can understand my feeling that is it missbehavwd by me. As a word hello sir.
Please take an action against him. I called manager but he didnot present at that time.

Services of this branch is very bad, due to this every local consumer facing many of problems. Bcz there is loss of electricity, money, and they never print the passbook of consumers. And every employee have rude behavior for the consumer. Employee of here using mobile phones at the time of work and doesn't do own work properly.
So please do something.

When i tried to withdraw rs.500 from atm at that time atm machine shows error so that i could not received any money not and receipt from the atm. I tried for 3 times and same massage was appear. After that i received back to back 3 sms of deduction of rs.500/- each total rs.1500/- (500 x 3).

On 1st april 2019, i went icici atm (Atm address : kalam market, domjur, atm code spcnl 122) and tried 2 time to withdraw 7500/- each time. Both the time the atm failed to provide me money. The txn no. Is 4892 & 4893. The charge slip clearly says that the transaction declined but 15000/- (7500 each time) was deducted from my account.

I have visited allahbad bank, makardah branch but they have not assist me. Please do refund my money at the earliest. For your reference atm slip attached along with the complain.

Hello,

My father is an ex-allahabad bank employee, having pension account with allahbad bank
Name - gopal krishna majumder, he had tried to withdraw rupees total 30000/- from ubi and sbi bank atm machine in howrah shibpur -711102 on 1st april 2019 morning. However money has been debited from allahbaad bank account but he has not received cash from that atm machine and showing "system error, please contact with bank". Till today money hasn't been credited back into his allahabad bank please registered my complaint and please credit back the money. I have multiple times tried to contact with customer service mentioned at the back of the atm card, but noone was picking up my call. I have dropped mail too but didn't get any response.
Please treat this as an urgent basis and refund his money back.
