I have got a refund from amazon development india private limited the amount rupees is 557 which is credited in my account by amazon but it is not still reflecting in my account yet my bank name is allahabad bank account no is[protected] branch kotwali bhopal transaction id of refund is[protected] amazon is saying that please charge dispute file against a bank is saying that we have raised a complaint

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am an existing customer of your esteemed bank at the branch office at Chandwak, Jaunpur U.P, bearing current account number [protected] I have been associated with the bank for a long time now and I consider myself as a loyal customer of your bank since I do all of my banking transactions through your bank.

I am lodging this complaint very dishearteningly against one of the staffs of your bank at the said branch office. His name is Mr. Govind Prasad and as per my knowledge he is currently designated as Head Cashier . Kindly note the following sad incident that has happened with me and you be the judge of it .

I was to Chandwak, Jaunpur branch as I have account with Chandwak, Jaunpur branch. I have given the form for my phone number change for 3 times but still my number was not changed so I asked them to check what's the problem he started to abuse me saying that I was talking like a illiterate person. do I look illiterate and is this the way your employees talk to their customer. I am very much hurt with behavior of your employee Mr. Govind Prasad and I am closing my account with your bank .

Mr. Govind Prasad is Continuously talking over phone and giving time to me like today not possible come "tomorrowwwwwwww" . After giving his appointed time he again giving excuse server down come after 3 days next time telling i am talking over phone personal matter (Nearly 30 Minute) after that telling come next week .

expecting best from Allahabad Bank such a Big Name in Banking .

Sometime before i have lost my debit card of allahabad bank. 1 week before i have blocked my debit card by calling at allahabad bank customer care number. But at this time i found and have my debit card back. So i want to unblock my allahabad bank debit card. So please unblock my debit card of allahabad bank

I bought a veet body wax from amazon... And i was returned this product but i didn't get my refund in my account.. I contacted amazon they give me reference no.. But bank is not giving me a my money... Amazon transaction ancient on 7th april but still i didn't get my refund... Please help me what is matter? What is problem your system.. Sir, i haven't receive my refund yet in my bank account. Which is frim amazon and its been 15 days since they processed the amount. Amount is of ₹1899 amd i'm vijay singh self account holder of allahabad bank. Amazon processed the refund on 05 april 2019 and from their side it is likely to be credited to my bank account by 12th april 2019 but yet it isn't credited. I chosen the method of payment through debit card.

My self vivek singh. I have cancelled the some items of rupees 1870 through online purchasing in amazon on 4th april 2019 but the amount is not credited in my account. I talk to amazon customer care and customer care says that money has been sent to your give the reference number authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is[protected]. After talking to amazon, i talked to allahabad bank's customer care but they refused to give any information based on the reference number. I m totally harassed so i request you please resolve this problem immediately thanking you.

Charge back letter needed regarding payment of 4938 on 16/03/19 to BIG Bazar, Kanke Road, done successfully but the bill was not generated so i did not get my items.

I have complained many times, in every times it's shown payment done/transferred/debited successfully. But non of time I have got any charge back letter neither branch manager have any idea about such letter.

I have not received payment in my account its more than 20 days, and also tried to bank customer care no. Its not working ([protected]) and i have mail bank 2 time no response, and i have also contacted amazon they told that they had send payment on 26th march from their end and also they share utr number : (74332749086908512560423)., and today i have contacted my bank branch they are not resolving me query, please reply asap and reflect amount in my account asap, I have also posted this complaint on your site too 7 days ago but still me problem not solved I'm really fed up now.

I did 4 transaction on 31st march of rs 1011 each on bookmyshow which got cancelled and refund was issued to me of rs. 970 for each 4 transaction... But till date no refund has been credited into my bank account

I even contacted bookmyshow and they said refund was initiated on same very date but bank has not credited the same... Even in website it is showing that amount has been refunded but same is not credited by allahabad bank till date

Amazon has initiated my money to my account on 31st march 2019.

This service is very poor. I am not satisfied.

I had ordered a shirt from amazon which was a size smaller than what i expected so i had requested for the return of the product and refund the money to my bank account which is connected to my amazon. Amazon has initiated the refund of rupees 495 for the transaction done on 3rd april 2019. We have successfully returned the product. And yet the money isnt refunded due to the negligence of the bank.[protected] is the reference code.

I was trying to withdraw money r. S. 5500/- from canara bank atm (Cug branch atm sector-29 gandhinagar gujarat, near central university gujarat) on 2nd april. But no cash came out of the atm after going through all necessary option.
However, immediately i received a sms regarding debit/detection of amount from my account. I waited for some time to see if the amount got reversed got my account but no sms was received.

There i kindly request you to look into the matter and credit back the amount rs - 5500/- amount to my account at the earliest.

I am piyush ranjan agarwal. I visited my near branch of allahabad to open an account. When i asked from a staff.- "hello, sir". He directly told me that he will not open an account. I dont understand why?. I asked to him why you will not open then he said you are characterless. You know why i told staff hello sir.

You can understand my feeling that is it missbehavwd by me. As a word hello sir.
Please take an action against him. I called manager but he didnot present at that time.

Services of this branch is very bad, due to this every local consumer facing many of problems. Bcz there is loss of electricity, money, and they never print the passbook of consumers. And every employee have rude behavior for the consumer. Employee of here using mobile phones at the time of work and doesn't do own work properly.
So please do something.
