I have made a refund for the product Order #:[protected] on,
May 6th, 2021. But its been 25 days, still the money is not reflected in my bank account.

And this is the email that I received from Amazon on May 10th.

When contact local branch office, Allahabad bank, Ranna Park Branch,
Ghatlodia Ahmedabad, I have been told to download the said interest statement from bank portal . I tried a lot but always getting remarks as under:-

under the circumstances, my humble request to you to kindly issue me Interest Accrued Statement FY 2020-21 to enable me to submit onward.

I am at home and not allowed to move out due to COVID-19 pandemic wave in the city and further I tried my best and requested customer care support to kindly help me out. Regret, nothing has been done so far.

Sir, my humble request to you to kindly look into the matter and consider keeping in mind that I being old senior citizen and attached with esteemed bank since last 25 years.

I have ordered a Samsung galaxy m31 on 10/05/2021. It was canceled by me on 16/05/2021.Amazon initiated the refund on 16/05/2021 and it was expected to come on 21/05/2021. Amazon gave me the refund reference number# 74332741138113775466088

This is urgent please help me as soon as possible.

On 4th May 2021 I ordered a product from Amazon and due to some reason I cancelled it

I haven't recieved the refund from Amazon that I was supposed tobe recieved within 16 may 2021.The amount is ₹339.I request you to look upon my problem and refund the money as soon as possible.

Sir I have ordered a ugcnet history paper 2 book from Amazon on 24 th March 2021 for order no #[protected]. But any reason
I had refused to receive the product . So amazon refunded amount (Rs. 425) in my account on 18th April 2021 through refund reference number 74332741104110319308214. But bank said no my refund is not credited in my saving account. I have paid Rs.425 through visa debit card. Please help me and credit refund in my account.

I want to few things Which we Faced in one week.
Firstly i visited my bank one week ago (Allahabad Bank, Sector 6 Dwarka, Dwarka, New Delhi, Delhi) but they don't do anything
and 4 days later all bank worker got covid positive
so today I decided to go any other branch of my bank and i visited my nearly another branch of my bank(allahabad bank near Manglapuri, New Delhi, Delhi)
But they don't do anything and their behaviour is too inappropriate
they said "we can't do anything and they also give excuses on the name of RBI"

It's an humble request please solve the matter as soon as possible

I had sanctioned a housing loan in the year 2016 and full repayment done by 2014 a/c number:[protected] and obtained “Loan Clearance Certificate” for above.

Recently while I am getting access to my CIBIL report, you have still mentioned “Suit Filed” in the remark section which is unfortunate and unethical.

So many times I personally visited to the sanctioned branch Andher (W) Mumbai and requested to give necessary assistance to resolve it but unfortunately NO ACTION has been taken by the manager and I’m facing huge problems to my next financial transaction failures due to the same.

I hereby request you to take immediate action on above and clear my CIBIL dispute raised by you.

I have booked tickets from IRCTC but that ticket got cancelled, I have sent an email to irctc for refund but they told that money has been refunded and they gave bank reference. I have not yet received money to my bank account, could you please resolve this issue.

My Mother had applied for ATM card in the month of Feb'21 at the Old Station Square Branch, BBSR. Since my mother was suffering from Arthritis and was unable to walk had requested for the delivery of the ATM at home which is nearby to the branch..
The ATM has not been delivered till date and every time some or the other reason is being citied for not delivering the card.
On frequent follow-up, I am being misbehaved by the branch staff.

Kindly look into the issue asap.

I am Amarjeet Patel and I am a customer of Allahabad bank of Bhatwalia Branch.
I went Bank to print New Passbook but it is about 40 Days and always told us that the printer is not working so i went to the manager to solve the problem, yesterday.
I asked him to solve the problem but he says that "I am giving you money go and bring yourself that defective part of the printer or close your account from here and go anywhere where your work can be done soon and I am not your father's Servant ".He has always misbehaved with the customer.He is corrupted asked for bribery to passing loan or any other work.
So I requested you to solve our problem. it will better to replace the manager.

I have a refund stuck made from make my trip(1500) paytm(200), google pay(2500) and its been more than two weeks now please help me in this matter the money got deducted from my account and was never refunded back the other platforms have confirmed the refund but not the bank bb

As on 1st April, 2021 I have ordered a product on Amazon, order was prepaid. It costed total Rs.555.
I have done Rs.114 payment through amazon pay and rest Rs.441 from Allahabad bank's debit card simultaneously.
I have placed order on 1st April, 2021 and cancelled it very next day. As it was expected to get amazon pay refund on 3rd April, 2021 which I got but still rest of the money i.e Rs.441 is pending which was to be credited on 8th April, 2021. I have both order ID as well as RRN ( Refund Refrence Number). Kindly initiate the refund as Amazon has initiated it but still pending from bank's side.
