Most respectfully say that I have saving a/c[protected] in Jaipur Panch Batti Branch. In this a/c I have ATM. On 01/08/2012 I have withdraw a sum of Rs. 4000/- on time at HDFC bank's ATM at Sikar (Raj.) and two time transaction was declined by ATM but the sum of Rs. 4000/- was debited from my a/c thus Rs. 8000/- debited extra from my A/c. Kindly lodge my complaint and reverse the amount Rs. 8000/- in my saving a/c.
