I made a transaction of railway 5000&6000 from axis bank ATM whose I'd no is SPAN3197 but no money out for this transaction and it is seen transaction declined but from my account balance is deducted. My account no is [protected] please look into the matter and give my money as early as possible. There is no slip out of this ATM counter.
