Allahabad Bank — did not get refund money from amazon

Address: Sodepur,panshila,kolkata,kol700112, Kolkata, West Bengal, 700112

My refund from amazon rs 855 was completed by them, they said that they send my money to my account but it is not reflecting on my account, please help me, refund refarence id is[protected],
I did not get a refund from zomato also, they also said that they returned my money but i cant see, please solve my problem, it was urgent to me, please solve my problem
