Allahabad Bank — refund amount not credited to my account | |||
This has reference to my e ticket booking on 13.09.20108 amounting rs.7483.16/- using irctc app through paytm gateway. The same was cancelled on 4/10/2018, refund amount being rs.7340/-. However, even after passing of entire 2 months, the same has not been credited to my account.in this regard, the concerned branch has been interacted with, and they had lodged ticket through their intranet help desk but in vain. I am attaching the interactions done with irctc as well as paytm. Kindly arrange to get my refund amount credited at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||
