My daughter attends NEET batch at Alllen panchkula. She regularly attends the classes and uses transport being provided by the institute.
After dining her class in Allen on 28 May 23 Sunday at 1200 hrs. My daughter kept waiting for her scheduled bus as same was not available or redirected by the Allen for some other purpose. When we called at Allen centre panchkula, they started giving excuses and bus could only be provided after an hour of wait. As parents I am a serving army officer poster near Leh, imagine our plight as how to comprehend the situation. One of the lady who attended the call at Allen named Miss/ mrs Anuj told us ( bus nahi milna itni badi baat nahi hai, and there are other kids also waiting for bus).
It was an statement coming from a lady for our ward made me realised the commitment of the administrative staff for safety and security at your esteem Allen Centre especially when parents are posted at far flung areas.
I even requested to give us clear picture as to parents can make alternate arrangements for picking up the students, however the transport staff kept delaying the issue. They kept saying buses will be provided after five minutes. Clearly the mismanagement at Allen end was being covered up as the transport incharge Mr salim was on leave and the other people officiating on his behalf were clueless.
Then I spoke with mr Jindal for clearing the issue
But same was again brushed aside.
It was an helpless condition for parents like me.
It is requested to address the concern of parents and such incidents to be avoided in future.

I am studying at Allen Kota in Smarth Building, My complain is when I went to Collect my booklet of allen, there is huge long line but after that spending 1 hours I does not get my sheet because of there is three counter available but the book is being given from single unit. And also many students doesn't get and there Time is also waste. When I talk about Leader there is no Enough Time for Student to get book after 1 hours Leader students doesnt have this much time to get book, So I politely request Please Solve this problem for Students to To save their Time and do study.

This is to inform you that my son who is just 12 years old and studying in class 7 was very enthusiastic when he started going to Allen Career Institute at Dehradun within a month things turned around as he missed one class due to health issues and he was being started torturing by his mentor. We took it as a coaching but they started pressuring the child that he has started getting afraid of the teachers and don’t want to go there due to lot of homework and scolding. I would like Alen Career Institute to refund my money i paid as he didn’t go for a month even. Apart from this i have withdrawn my daughter also who joined in class X Nurture this year and went only for few days and Allen has deducted 25000 Rs from the total what i paid in the starting of the batch. If OFFICIALS AT ALLEN WILL NOT RESPOND TO THIS COMPLAINT AND DO NOT REFUND MY AMOUNT IN FULL THEN I WILL BE MOVING TO THE COURT FOR FURTHER ACTION.

All the faculties would focus only on toppers. Average students would become more weak.
BIOLOGY is in too detail which doesn't need at all ...papers are from modules which brake the students mind totally.

Kindly changed my exam date, due to insufficient information given by people, this act I have facing difficulty. kindly resolve my issue.

My son study in bsn academy kota near kunhadi road revisions are going on and from last 2 months he is regularly complaining about teachers using mobile and whatapp in class . I dont wana spell out my son name you can check madam ritika dhiria continuously using whatapp and calls

My sister was studying for Pre-Medical course in Allen Career Institute, kota. Before the completion of first year course, on 13/12/2022, we deposited the entire fees(116000₹) for the next year as advance in the bank account of the institute. Whereas the date of commencement of the course was 27/01/2023.
Unfortunately, my sister's health started deteriorating due to which we had to decide to bring her back home, when we requested the institute to refund the advance amount for the next year, they refused to refund the deposited amount citing rules. Deducted Rs 17500 from it and returned it.
While at this time neither the next year's course had started nor the admission was taken for the next year's course. In the copy of the form which I have shared, the date of commencement of the course, the amount deducted, all the details are there.

This is absolutely injustice that has happened to us.
Please do justice, and kindly get us to pay the entire amount deducted.

Your one of sweeper/ helper of samarth building ground floor try to fight and misbeahve with my friend and challenge him to fight by saying i am not threaten of lossing job ..we complain in ASWS but we request you to put this type of employe out of system

My son has been following up with the teacher for queries or a suggestion but the teacher seems to be not interested and ignores the questions after reading.

This is regarding Tallentex Exam stage -2- 2022
Student got cash award of Rs 1000 but still prize not given, i have contact at Kota center through phone and they replied, time period finished to send cash award,
I want to know how cash award finished because this is related to student and student score in exam and won the cash prize .

All students Facing problem in physics by PPJ Pankaj jha sir but no one is able to complain about it because of the fear of exposing our name in front of respective teacher.
We are unable to understand what he is teaching and also we are unable to solve the problem of module.

We hope that you will understand our problem and sort it out as soon as possible.

I can't wear suit, especially because my skin is allergic to the net used in dupattas and made my neck red and full of rashes and as an Allenite, I thought it wasn't a big deal to wear tshirt, because that T-shirt is also one of the Allen's uniform, but the guard at the gate always told me to wear suit, when I can't. I can't risk my health because of the dress especially when there is another kind of dress provided by Allen. But today was extreme, I almost get kicked out of Allen just because I was wearing Allen T-shirt. I mean it's a very big deal as I can't do the same which they are pressuring me to do, especially not with risking my health. And it is also effecting my studies by regularly waiting outside the gate because of wearing Allen T-shirt. Please respond ASAP as I can't bear this again and again until I get kicked out because of the Allen uniform.

Respected sir, This is to state that the allotted seat plan is not being followed at all in your classrooms at Satyarth Jawahar Nagar Kota. Our batch is Achievers Phase 5, G2 and the room no is 2. It's highly uncomfortable here in the class and really tough to concentrate. Please look into the matter asap and do the needful. I'll be highly grateful to you.

When i login in Allen Plus it shows your account is inactive what should I do...to activate my account

The management of Allen Tirupati is worst. Allen is a great institute and people desire to study their children there. But, the staff of Allen Tirupati behaviour is worst and behaving like boss of the people approaching to join their wards providing inadequate information and create mess among the parents which is making the parents to shift to other institutions afraid of the ego behaviour of the staff thinking that they behave similarly with their wards. The head office shall think of this and pursue the situation at Tirupati for the sake of Allen fans.

Bad video quality

I have ordered study material from allen and I have paid the fees on 1 th July 2022 and Today is 8 th July and 8 days gone but my Study Material is yet not dispatched.
I have contact them also but getting no response from their side.

Please dispatch it as soon as possible as need it for my study.
