Please help me to get my test results.It's not showing in My bpms as well as csat account.

Dear sir,
I am santosh nair father of krishay nair my son was a student for a year in your institute, and wanted to continue second year also, so we paid first term fees 43 thousand before the class started.
Suddenly there was a change and I had a transfer, so we decided not to join classes and asked for refund everything happened before joining classes in vacation, but when we asked them to give our money back, they just gave us 13 thousand and rest not giving my wife and son went there many times but no response, I am still waiting to get my hard earned money back kindly help us and give our money back, I will keep on fighting till I get my money back.

My son has been enrolled for the ALLEN INSTITUTEfor the year 2020. This was for the 9th Std ICSE syllabus. Course code 4016. Form No 20213670.

The student is not able to comprehend the online classes and even after contacting the institute has not helped. They send scripted response and direct to the refund policy.
My argument is that these policies are for a offline class and for a normal year and not an exceptional year like 2020. The fee collected was for a offline class and the costs involved for conducting such classes. however, there were no offline classes held at all .

Hence, they need to make a partial refund of money. Many schools are considering partial refunding of fee. Why is this not applicable for ALLEN INSTITUTE.

Please note recently i came to know about ALLEN Career, and with intention to avail the course of NEET. I approached them and they informed that i have to pay Rs.72000/- as first installment against total of Rs. 95000/- and remaining amount of second installment has to be paid after 2 months (before 30 Jan 2021) One of the counsellor who knowing everything hided the information and insisted me to join the online classes, as per that i attended online classes, hardly 3 classes i have attended but i could not understood the Physics subject. The faculty of this subject is in hurry to complete the syllabus and even without teaching basic of physics he is finishing it soon. Due to this i could not understood his classes.

Therefore, i decided to discontinue with ALLEN and requested them to refund the whole amount of Rs. 72000/- now, they started telling stories, as there will be deduction of Rs. 25000/- and remaining will be paid. They are telling as there is refund policy to follow. Its all big scam they are cheating students in the name of education.

I have come across with many complaints here in this platform, who have suffered like me and they don't know what to do ! Therefore, i want to inform we all can jointly fight against this ALLEN career institute which is least concern about the career of students! its playing with career of students. Online classes for my son are not loading. i have called multiple time and sent multiple emails to your pre nuture and allen digital support but have not got any resolution. they keep asking me to check my internet connection which isnt an issue at all. however he has missed classes isnce 15th Nov and after many calls almost every day no one seems to bother to fix it. please can you help and if you cant please provide refund so i can try other providers as i cant keep doing this every day.
His application number is 20284031. all these classes were working since he started the course but recently stopped working. someone in your tech team needs to look into this vs keep asking me to check my internet settings. as everything else is working on this site and all other internet i use.

Hello mam/sir, I am a student of allen leader batch baroda. Actually on 2 sep I realised that I was not meant for leader jee mains + advance batch and I am not being able to cope up with the teachers.
I wanted to leave allen so I contacted allen baroda center for a refund but I get to know that the last date of refund was 30 oct. So I was actually 3 days late.
They (allen baroda said) are trying to contact to the main head office about mine issue.
So I was willing that if I can get the last refund it would be a great help in the pandemic for my family. As I belong to a middle class family so that last refund is around half the amount of one month salary of mine father.
I would be very thankful if you can give the last refund since I was just 3 days late from last refund date.

I take admission in online allen institution and i guve a total of 95000 lumpsum fee to them
Next day is the starting of batch and i don't known there is network problem in my place so i contact allen to withdraw from allen online classes and apply for refund
But after a week i got only 75000 and 20000 is deducted
This is illegal because if i don't attendend any class ao why is this deduction
I want yo raise a complaint against allen for stealing money from refund

I have cancelled my course on 13th of September and I have told Allen that I need urgent refund but they usually not pick my calls and try to ignore me .

We have done this complaint previous year also, but no great response, so we are still stuck with our same sir, who himself seems to have no interest in teaching us and no enthusiasm at all. Everytime he also used to be late to classes last year. Syllabus also not completed at time, and if it is completed by some magic then he will go so fast during the last lecturers before any test. His handwriting is also so poor, I know handwriting doesn't matter that much, but least the students should understand what is that formula written on the board.

Writing this mail to bring to your notice that test scheduled for neet fresher batch on 21st august 2020 by allen institute kandivali branch was handled very unprofessionally. The students where given wrong papers when brought to the notice of concerned staff, it was handled very unprofessionally infect they where not even attending calls.

They mentioned there is a technical issue and time of 5 pm was given for retest, but students where not able to give the test as the site mentioned not allowed.

Hope you understand these incidences demoralizes the student morale and uncooperative response from staff creates concern parent minds

I ordered Joint package leader dlp for jee advanced on 2nd July with online payment. Today it's 30 July and yet I haven't received material. It is a matter of fact that my guardian had applied for digital Crash course in Allen institution starting 18th July.2020 for a period of 40days for Rs25000.and had opted for English medium as given in the option but unexpectedly the lectures had been conducted majority in Hindi and English which was not mentioned in the application form..since then, he had not been able to attend any classes.So, with high hopes I approached the institution through the number given expecting there could be some solution to The problem.. But unfortunately tad came the reply that pure English is not available all over India in Allen.. just imagine a person who cannot say hi/hello in Hindi.. How is he supposed To attend Class in Hindi???? I've conveyed the same telephonically to the institute since then but no solution has been given.ive always contact them everyday but as usual they always make excuse of calling me back with a solution but till now Ive not received a single call from them... Did not expect such mishaps from so called esteemed institute

I have purchased class 10 materials 4 weeks back, materials not dispatched. I am calling daily to +[protected] but either no response or customer care execute is unable to address customer query. It is unfortunate to experience such worst customer service from India's prominent institute like Allen. If Allen is unable to manage a simple online order of Rs. 7, 500.00 then how they will manage gambit of courses in various competitive entrance test. I am surprise to see so many complain about Allen on this portal!
