When i open to track my parcel it is showing area not serviceable/dir something like that what does it mean

I ordered Joint package leader dlp for jee advanced on 2nd July with online payment. Today it's 30 July and yet I haven't received material. I called them many times but they say we have dispatched they gave me a consignment number EX[protected]IN . The courier website says 'Consignment details not found'. What is going on? My education and career is at stake because of this. I request Allen team to resolve this matter ASAP. My form number is 20356791

I'm Monica, guardian of Samuel dongkhanhau, applicant no[protected]. It is a matter of fact that my guardian had applied for digital Crash course in Allen institution starting 18th July.2020 for a period of 40days for Rs25000.and had opted for English medium as given in the option but unexpectedly the lectures had been conducted majority in Hindi and English which was not mentioned in the application form..since then, he had not been able to attend any classes.So, with high hopes I approached the institution through the number given expecting there could be some solution to The problem.. But unfortunately tad came the reply that pure English is not available all over India in Allen.. just imagine a person who cannot say hi/hello in Hindi.. How is he supposed To attend Class in Hindi???? I've conveyed the same telephonically to the institute since then but no solution has been given.ive always contact them everyday but as usual they always make excuse of calling me back with a solution but till now Ive not received a single call from them... Did not expect such mishaps from so called esteemed institute
I just prayed that my hard earn money does not go in vain

I have purchased class 10 materials 4 weeks back, materials not dispatched. I am calling daily to +[protected] but either no response or customer care execute is unable to address customer query. It is unfortunate to experience such worst customer service from India's prominent institute like Allen. If Allen is unable to manage a simple online order of Rs. 7, 500.00 then how they will manage gambit of courses in various competitive entrance test. I am surprise to see so many complain about Allen on this portal!

My ward nikhil bawaskar not able to login since last 2 days, and allen it is not solving problem inspite many followup.

Day by day he is loosing the class content & allen is not sharing the content after the class over.

Hello, i am one of the parents of your students. Many a times, the concerned coordinator sent schedule but videos comes without schedule. For example a message was sent on 23.6.2020 that zoom class will start on 25.06.2020 of botany but today password was sent of botany class when children enquired about class which is already fixed for 25.6.2020 but it is informed that botany zoom class is today. It is very sorry state of affair that children get confused and do not prepare themselves according to time table and they take extra burden and get depressed. And nobody is pursuing their study whether it is going on suitable manner or not. No response is received whenever feed back is provided. No discussion is held for taking suggestion from students for starting of classes conveniently. All students are getting confused as per their group discussions on what's app. And they are not happy with study. I am submitting my grievance your institution is so much big but education providing recently are not up to the mark. Pl look into and call suggestion from students and ask ur team to co-ordinate properly. I am talking about medical nurture class 11, second phase b1.

We are facing problems in online recorded classes as the faculties are not energetic as we know how they teach in kota classroom session. They now don't provide a feedback form. Also the sound and video quality is very poor.
And also we need well experienced faculties regarding physics and chemistry
Since they have teachers for each topic we recommend good faculties
And we are missing the curiosity and enthusiasm of classroom sessions

I have contacted many a time at allen chd. And to the person nitin to include a student in whatsapp group for doubts. No response

After teliphonic conversation with mr. Ankit we had send a request mail on [protected]@allen.ac.in on 8th may but today is 14th and no such responsible reply seenn... The lsent mail words are as below...
As per telephonic conversation with mr. Ankit singh chauhan we had inquired about the process to re-attend the missed online lactures from 6 april to till the date. At the time of online lecture start date the student does not have the smartphone or laptop, because of this he were not able to attend the lactures and now he want to re-attend the all missed lactures to continue his study.

Now he is at mumbai and after completing his quarantine period he is able to continue the study with online portal so request you to please allow him to re-attend the all lectures which were he missed from 6th aplril to 8th may.

Allen has announced that live online class is scheduled from today.Due to the improper network the classes are unable to watch and listenor we may not be able to attend the classes at a particular time due to some other
inavoidable situation. so I kindly request you to upload video lectures in bpms in addition to live session.

I am a student in allen career institute and due to the recent coronavirus outbreak we have been asked to attend classes online, but since these classes are pre recorded, we are not able to freely interact and get our doubts cleared by the teachers. Teachers many a times assume that we know a concept already when we have not even heard of such concepts, which is wrong. So i request the faculty to explain every little detail so we do not miss certain concepts and are not ridden with doubt.

Not providing good videos at proper time . I am mentally disturb . Please do something

Due to corona outbreak digital classes have been started. Sometime while watching the uploaded videos, lot of doubts appear in our mind but there is no mechanism through which our doubts could be resolved. Also, some topics from module are been left out by the faculty. So i would request allen institute to take necessary steps. I am currently in enthuse batch.

I can't able to attend a online class

Due to corona outbreak allen has been shut down. Phone numbers of our faculties had been sent to us on csat so that we can resolve our doubts through phone/what's app but our faculties (Satyarth building, jawahar nagar) instead of replying are reading and ignoring our questions on what's app. I request allen system to take specific action since at this crucial moment we need support and guidance of our faculties.
