I had join allen dlp package, computer plus leader test online and offline from the beginning of august but as per my registration i received only 1st pakage after that due to some reason i needed to change my address but after that with no pre inform action my 2nd pakage was parsal as i couldn't receive it. I told tht delevery man to shift to my new location but didn't response me.
How could i get my material

On 6/3/2020, at 3 pm, the cleaning staff of sangyan building, allen kota repeatedly disturbed my sister, while she was studying.
I was there and i stopped not to disturb much as the exam is nearby.
Those staffs than called their building incharge, who was behaving like an ias misbehaved at me and told me (Faltu insaan).
They were in group showing their power (Verbally), as i was an outsider.
We the guardian payment a sound amount to allen kota for our students.
And this behavior from your side is not acceptable.
I want the allen authority to take strong action against that building incharge and follow up.
Try to clean your mind and behavior while talking to guardian. If you can't showing drama and cleaning the premises will not work.

Form no. 17093435 name sanjana suthar admission of 25/7/2017 my daughter studies one year and then cancelled my admission but still i didn't got my refund back ghatkopar classes got refund they told us they don't have i have all call recordings messages and video recording of razza sir ashish sir who gave false statement manny time by telling that my refund form is in procedure but instead he didn't forwarded later razza sir came and till now he is making fool to us please take action orelse we will.

Allen career - chennai just started only on 2019, their admin and staffs talking like they are came from kota branch and not like new branch started in chennai. Also their complete chennai branch management people give priority only for topper students. They will not bother about other students and they don't have any monitoring systems. They always highlight toppers and they will not ask other students opinion. They will advertise with toppers only. We have to cross check their overall performance and result % out of total students appeared through their coaching centers. They will hide this details. They are taking some extra classes and motivate only for toppers to get their institute good name.
During admission time they will tell you they have some motivation classes, but nothing is there.

Better think twice before admit your children in their chennai branches.

Sir, i vinay jagdev student of allen career institute, panchkula. I am studying in class 11 in batch m1pp4d1.in mid session when inorganic chemistry started i face difficulties in understanding the concepts. So i talk with my faculty (Mr. Devender singh) many times who taught me inorganic subjects but he did not taught me concepts and he offer me for extra time for doubts. And after giving me time he did not come at time like he give me time of 10 am for doubts but he came 2 hours late. And he almost done all the times after giving me extra time for doubts. So i complains many times about this bad behaviour of faculty in front office but the allen`s staff take his faculty safer sides by giving excuses. And due to faculty and allen`s staff my subject gets vanished. And this incident leaves the impact the on other faculty`s mind. So after this incident our batch mentor (Mr. Govind singh) demorlize me many times when i asked doubts to him due to that impact. So he demorlize me by different methods. So my father write a email in concern to inorganic faculty to centre head (Mr. Sanjeev singh) of allen institute chandigarh.in face to face discussion with centre head i also talk about this issues also. So i requested to him (Mr. Sanjeev singh) as he told me that they complete my left topics in the march month by chandigarh faculties and by giving me schedule. So i requested him to providing me schedule at allen csat app in which he has to reply me 48 hours i reference to it i attached a screenshot of allen csat app. But he did not reply me. So i requested him to please provide me suitable scehdule which is suitable for me and other faculties. And i have to ask some questions to him. Why he did not take such actions against his faculties who spoiled the students time (Like in my case) unless he take the actions against students without thinking about his/her career? So sir i appealed that please take some actions against those faculties i named.in reference you see the camera recordings.

Allen biology module no. 1 page 168 uuder the heading of transmission routes of hiv virus. Under the sexual route it says "homosexuality" but i belive it is wrong because the heterosexual can get infected too. It is valid that there is a high rate of hiv transmission among the homosexual males but is it because o[censored]nprotected anal intercourse and not because they are homosexual. I request you to change it to unprotected intercourse instead, because this example can be a cause of homophobia among young individuals.

My son with application number 19039287 was registered for class ix training at allen center at delhi public school, bangalore east campus. For us the cut off day for withdrawal was on 4th july with deduction of rs. 8000. I have paid rs 54000 and supposed to get refund of rs. 46000.

The process went on as below

On 4th of july, we have communicated the withdrawal notice by e-mail.

On 5th july, we communicated the same notice over phone and the allen represented informed us that the e-mail communication is acceptable and suggested us to meet them in person at their allen hsr bangalore office. But when we met them at their office on 6th, they told us that the e-mail notification is not acceptable.

They accepted the withdrawal application form and told us that the refund will be deposited within two weeks. But the after 73 days, they have deposited rs. 38000 which indicates that they didn't consider the e-mail notification as withdrawal notice and refund was approved for a later date.

It was not mentioned anywhere in their brochure that the withdrawal notice should be intimated in person. So i have lost rs. 8000 just because i didn't appear in front of them on 4th.

I humbly request you help us to get the refund.

I have uploaded the e-mail communication with allen as evidence. Unfortunately, i don't have any of the receipts available with me since allen has took back the receipts during refund application

Dear sir/madam

I'm Priyali Gusain studied at Allen Kota and I was staying in a hostel (shree radhey residency, plot - 31/32, G-Block, Landmark city) that was associated with Allen. I had submitted security fees at begninng but at time of leaving hostel after 1 year they deducted some money and promised me to refund 10000 rs. Now almost 3 months gone but I didn't get my money back yet. They always make excuses... Please do the needful. Thanks

I already told to customer care that my daughter is studying in 10+2 medical then he told me to join NEET PG Online Test Series course which have independence day offer. when i start registration it asked for fee first then gives detail syllabus where I found that it is for Post graduate course not for under graduate course then I again request them to adjust its fee which I have already paid for under graduate neet test series. So they say there is no refund cancellation and transfer policy for online test series payment. So why they are misguiding customer regarding courses?????

I have taken the dlp programme of allen of class 10. I have received a wrong or misprinted book of chemistry of the package tset-f2. The book of chemistry have written 'foundation chemistry-2 class - x' on it but the content inside the book is of ' foundation biology - 2 class - x '.
Hence, i want you to resend me a book of 'foundation chemistry-2 class - x'.

I'm a student from dropper's batch, allen guwahati. We are taught physics by mr. Abhishek kumar. I'm not able to understand physics well because of him. He scolds most of the students if he is asked any questions. I know that i am a dropper, but he should not expect us to remember everything from our class 11th and 12th syllabus. I secured 88 marks in physics in class 12th cbse boards exam. But he has now made physics so much tough for me! Some students in our batch already had coaching in from class 11 only. They will of course be comfortable with any teachers as they only need to brush up their concepts. But i didn't have any coaching. I thought i would be able to solve anything and crack iit jee with a good rank. Our maths and chemistry teachers teach us very well. This time i filled up my feedback form and gave our physics teacher negative reviews. But still he is taking our classes. He also scolded our class after getting negative reviews.

He is like a nightmare for at least 40% of the students in our class. He doesn't explain things properly. He makes physics a lot more difficult ☹️ rest of the students already knows each and every concepts as they already did coaching.

Please, it is my humble request to you to look into the matter. I respect all of my teachers but teaching not only needs degrees and knowledge, it requires patience with students, friendliness, good behavior and enthusiasm. I hope that allen will replace our physics teacher with a good, more knowledgeable and understanding teacher.

Today my sister ask question in her classroom. But the teacher Mr. Pawan kumar misbehave with her very badly. first of all he did not know how to behave with girl.He scolded her so many times in the classroom and insulted her
& also he threw water on her head..outside the class..if a student hav some querries n doubt...then teacher should act like dat..as Mr Pawan kumar did to my sister ??.wat about the moral values of this institution...who is responsible for this.??
Why the institution dnt take this type of matter seriously?? This kind of behaviour is not acceptable with our child.. I request to the higher authorities.. Plz take necessary action towards this incident.

I did my payment for dlp leader program on 14th july. I didn't get any information about my study materials despatching yet.
They should atleast contact or send messages regarding the despatch.
Kindly let me know when will i receive my study materials.
Please send it soon so that i can attend the test series. I have already registered late. So kindly look into this matter.

I want to say that this time exam management of our minor test-3 was really very bad. We (At1students) were made to stand outside for 10min after the exam starts because of the shortage of room or bad management. We were allowed in examination room, omr sheets were given 5 min late and our paper was taken only5 min late. So our loss was of about15 min.

I am from nagpur. I wanted to take admission of my daughter in alen nagpur in respect batch JEE. While inquiring about the fee procedure they were told that bajaj would finanace. We did the finance procedure. They clearly told us that when we take admision in allen by paying down payment they would transfer the money to allens bank account. But due to some reason we did not take admission. When we inform bajaj about our decision the very next day they told us bajaj has already transfer the money to allen account... And now you have to pay EMI...
Big question here is we have not took admision then why did they transfer money to allen... If they transfer money to allen without our admission why allen not refund to bajaj...
We are deeply disturbed by this.. We request you to look after this or we would have no chance but to take help of legel authority...

It has been now 13 days of my registration and paying of fees on 21st june 2019, i registered for allen study material and today it is 4th july 2019 and i have not informed or not even told about when my study materials will be delivered and on 7th july i have test please deliver my study materials fast as possible

This is to inform the institute that it's been a month since I applied for dlp course and I haven't yet received my study material. My test is in less than 20 days .
How am I supposed to study it now???
I have even contacted the customer service a few times and they tell me that I'll get it soon .
This is too disturbing.
I firmly request you to look into this problem and get it resolved as soon as possible .

We admitted our son for 11 pcm tuitions at Allen career institute Whitefield, Bangalore. Coaching is horrible and my son went through lot of stress. We approached the centre head for discontinuation of the course, he assured us of refund and asked us to continue for some more time. After one week, when we informed about the discontinuation, he just refused. Now no response from the centre. After one class only my son was doubtful about continuing. Repeatedly we asked about the refund, centre head was assuring of it by saying within 45 days we can take refund. Finally when we confirmed about it, he said period is over. Can't do anything.

We paid the amount of 117300 for darshan and 36, 800 for asrith along with cancelled check.They told that they will deduct 25000 for Darshan and 8000 for asrith and remaining amount will be credited to our bank account within two weeks. 27 days have already been completed. After calling them so many times they are asking us to submit id cards of the students. We applied for refund on 17th april and the course is commenced on may 2nd. We didn't get any IDcards from the institute. How do we submit id cards without receiving IDs? Allen never agrees late payment of fees, but why delay in refund and giving lame excuses. If allen is not going to refund the money in two days, we will go to the forum for justice. Iam attaching acknowledgement of refund.

1. I take this opportunity to write you on the draws backs of few courses which are conducted at your institute with specific reference to tim batch which was held at allen narayanpura.

2. My daughter has been studying from last two consecutive years for cl 9th and 10th at your institute. Last year we were guided by your good people to put the candidate in tim batch rather putting her in foundation course.
3. It will be noted tim batch was incepted first at this centre, the faculties were new. This valuable time, your institute kept on teaching cl xi syllabus rather preparing her for cl 10th exam. I as parent, kept on insisted this aspect but no one was ready to accept the and address the problem.
4.in the above episode, my daughter got the lowest % in two important subject ie math and science (84&85%) for which we paid the to your institute, whereas the child scored more 92% and 99% in other subjects for which no coaching classes held.
5. Therefore, we request you to kindly carry out academic audit of your course curriculum and faculties deputed and immediate necessary action to enurse that career of innocent children are not spoiled for your business goal.
