Allen Career Institute — mis guidance by customer care regarding neet pg online test series course | |||||
I already told to customer care that my daughter is studying in 10+2 medical then he told me to join NEET PG Online Test Series course which have independence day offer. when i start registration it asked for fee first then gives detail syllabus where I found that it is for Post graduate course not for under graduate course then I again request them to adjust its fee which I have already paid for under graduate neet test series. So they say there is no refund cancellation and transfer policy for online test series payment. So why they are misguiding customer regarding courses????? Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have taken admission in Allen nikol but my refund is still pending. I have taken admission in leadership batch on 24 th June but cancel admission on 7th July.
I have taken admission through bajaj. My emi also been taken for a month. But still not refunded my 23800Rs. My form no. is 1975488. Please solve this problem
