I bought allen cooper shoes few months back and started wearing this september strange to see sole is torn badly after 15 days use. I am a white collar proffesional who travels by car and sit at my chamber. I m unhappy about quality of shoe and looking forward for replacement or return of money i bought them for inr 2499. I think i have been looted.

Dear boss this is to confirm you that i purchase online allen cooper shoes from flipkart on mar-17 of 1799 inr but 23 july-17 shoes is torn from side. For reference pics attached with mail. Boss i need solution for this. 1799 inr is nt a normal value for me. We need a replacement. Flipkart told me contact to allen cooper so i write you. Boss we need a solution.

I have ordered 1 pair safety shoe on 18.06.2017 and also paid the money through net banking.. Till date nobody contacted me to deliver. Also i have emailed the issue to the email address available at the allen cooper website, but no response. The details of the order is as follows:

I have bought a jacket for 2900 but that was long in size, when i went to your showroom to exchange it, there was no product available in size,
Because you can't return money thats why I selected two jeans for 2600, now your destributer is not returning 300 saying that it is rule.

Should we need to get help from administration or there is any flexibility.
Please suggest me

I purchased a pair of shoes on 24/01/16 from allen cooper showroom at roorkee uttarakhand. At the time of purchase i was assured 06 months guarantee. But within 02 months the shoes developed cracks. When i went to showroom no one responded to my complaints. I have called them many times but to no effect. Their senior official are not responding to the calls and for no reasons i am being harassed.

I sent around 8 mail .They are not giving any reply to my mail id.Till now i didn't get any reply regarding my compliant.Every time i am calling to mr.Aamir. He is telling you return a shoe by any courier. But courier charge you have to pay. Here i am not understanding mistake is for me or company. Why i have to pay courier charge, and i don't have trust again they are giving product or not.May be that material also old.

I need new shoe or refund money.

I purchased allen cooper belt from allen cooper showroom from fun mall shop No 308 second floor, Lucknow on 14 nov 2015 . After 2 to 3 months later belt's leather started fading.At the time of purchasing Salesman said that you can use this belts from both sides.But belts another side is fully defective.This is gonna be my worst experience with Allen Cooper.That time I also purchased a pair of shoes of allen Cooper.But now I will not purchase any product of Allen Cooper & not even recommend anyone.

Hello Sir, We go to branded showrooms because we trust the quality provided by them. In my city Valsad, Gujarat; there is a shop named Allen Cooper. It used to sell all Allen Cooper clothes previously. So I continued buying from there. The logo and everything is same as that of Allen Cooper website. So, I again bought clothes from over there but they were not branded and the quality was so bad that I couldn't even use them for 3 times. I purchased the clothes because of the franchisee brand name 'Allen Cooper'. I was amazed to find street clothes were sold in such branded shops made by local companies. The shop owner cheats by using the name of Allen Cooper and the company doesn't take any action against such fraudlent shop owners.

I had purchased one Trouser in the month of February 2011. After 3 months I used this Trouser and washed first time with light detergent 'Genttle" it become decolered and patches formed. When i approached to your dealer situated at 1st B-Road, Shardapura, Jodhpur he refused to take it back stating that it is too late to laudge complaint.

After my lot of effort he took my trouser saying that i will send it to the Allen Cooper manufacturing unit and will revert.

After one moth when I again approached to the said dealer he returned my trouser explaining that they have refused to take it back as they do anot have any complaint in other trousers of same quality.

I do not have any customer complaint number to laudge compalint.


Please guide me in this matter I am attaching scan copy of Bill from where I brought this trouser.

I have purchased an Allen Cooper shoes from M/S BHATIA SHOES,G12,ABUL FAZAL ENCLAVE-II, NEW DELHI-110025, PH[protected]It's wrong phone no. in Bill)on 5.11.2009.According to Mr Bhatia he is an authorised Dealer for Allen Cooper shoes . Cost of this shoes RS-1400/-(on discounted Amount). I worn the shoe only 7-10 days after that I found the shoes lather peeled out form the shoes in layers. But your dealer says we damaged it by kicking something on the way. I allready used another company's shoes (port land, reebok, action etc.) but no problem found like that. Dealer's behaviour very bad.so our experience was very unpleasant.I am allready dipposit the shoes to M/S BHATIA SHOES .
please find bill photographs it is not like goodwill of Allen Cooper.

kindly look up the matter & provide the replacement good shoes .
