Zivame is a fraudulent platform.
I have ordered 2 items which is a pre-paid order. I haven't received the orders but it was marked delivered. I wasn't provided with the courier partner's tracking number nor the OTP for delivery. The customer care team says that they have investigated the matter and nothing can be done. I asked for a refund, they are so reckless and careless about the customers. I had ordered 6 dresses from Zivame from their app. The order number is[protected]. I was delivered a small box and 3 dresses in the box were missing. The box was intact and was not tampered with. Zivame clearly did not pack the 3 dresses that were missing in the warehouse. The box stated 6 items and the invoice also stated 6 items. ZCoins not reverted back to account

Dear Customer Support Team,

Good day!
This email is regarding credited zCoins into account.

Had placed the order in the first week of September by adding 7-8 items into her bin. Unfortunately the payment failed due to the bank server issue and at the same time her zCoins was (Rs.200) debited from her account.

Product never delivered

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Zivame for failing to deliver my order and for not processing the refund, despite repeated follow-ups.

I had placed an order on Zivame on 27th June 2025. However, even after more than 15 days, the product was not delivered. Due to the excessive delay, I attempted to cancel the order and requested a refund. Since then, I have contacted Zivame customer service multiple times....

I have ordered a lingerie from zivame and raise return request for it i am taking follow up from past 1: month on call and mail also
But they said same line wait 7-10 working days . 1 month has passed and they say same scripted line 7-10 working days .
I request you please pick up it and provide my amount to sourse account.
I will never do any shopping from Zivame

It's is fraud website ....

requested zcoins not transfer into cash in bank account.

I have placed order for bra of rs 471 from zivame site on 18 july. On 23th july i received the product. The product is defective so i placed the return request on the next day the product is returned. On 24th july they convert my cash in to zcoins. So on 25th july i requested to convert my zcoins into the cash till date i have not received my cash in to the bank account. Such a worst experience with zivame. Want to place legal action against...

zivame zcoins validity fraud

On 10th oct 2018, i ordered from zivame and returned it. I need my money back into my bank account but i got my money 945rs in my zcoins account. Today zcoins are expired. They can, t msg me or even mail me about my zcoins expire. This is not right.. This is a fraud.. I need my money back into my bank account... Why they refund my money direct in my bank account on that time?

information leaked to another customer

I placed an order on zivame on 21/08/2019 and within a few minutes received a whatsapp message from an unknown number. Apparently, my address and phone number had been saved to her account. She basically had access to view my full name, residential address and person mobile number. I was lucky that she is a law-abiding citizen and did not misuse my data, and rather informed me of the privacy breach.

It is absolutely unacceptable...

I have returned all 3 products to my pickup partner. But I still keet receiving pickup OTP for one of the product, which shows that it has not been picked up, which is not the case. And after a while, the return process was terminated by the shipment company. I have got the refunded amount for the other two products, but refund for this third product - Zelocity High Impact Quick dry sports Bra - Sunset Purple, remains to be initiated. I have called multiple times to Customer care, and they keep pushing me on hold. I did mail the [protected]@zivame.com and recieved a confirmation from their side that they have recieved this product and they will iniate the refund, but no further updates on this. As of now, I do not have the product (as it was returned to the pickup partner) nor do I have the refund money (as the product was not updated as returned on the app)

      I raised a complaint on December 24th about my order not being delivered to me, yet Zivame falsely marked it as delivered. Despite providing the correct address in Andhra Pradesh, Zivame claims that the delivery failed due to an incorrect phone number. However, my email address and physical address were correct, and I did not receive an OTP, making the delivery impossible and they would not deliver it to a unknown address just because their phone number is incorrectly mentioned.

      This misleading status update and refusal to issue a refund constitute fraudulent activity. Zivame's app repeatedly updated the delivery status on different dates, adding to the confusion and misrepresentation. This is a clear case of fraud

          I haven't received refund for 12 products from the order no. #[protected].
          I have returned all the products and that is clearly reflecting in the app. as well.
          I had ordered 37 products from Zivame on 27th June '24. However due to various product related issues I returned all the products. Since then I am following up for my refund but they have not replied on my mails.
          Everytime I call their customer services they tell me that they will escalate the issue and I will be called back. But neither are they refunding me my money nor have they contacted me for anything.
          It has been more than a month that I have been following up with Zivame people.
          Kindly help me on this.

            I ordered 2 sports- activewears [Top and bottom] from Zivame after a 1.5-year gap. Prior to which I was regular user with Zivame.
            Product delivered were not proper fit, hence I raised exchange request for both the products and kept it as is. Delivery guy came after 2 days without prior intimation or message or call. NO update over email as well about pickup.
            I kept product with watchman, as delivered product was package of two, I kept it for exchange as is. Now Delivery guy delivered just one product and took both the products.

            Once I learned this from watchman after my office, I called them other day morning as their customer support ends at 6pm. I provided all the details and they promised to help.
            Same day I got email saying, as customer have sent extra product, customer will have to wait 15-20 days to get the refund. They completely removed the part which mentions their delivery guy intentionally took the extra product.

            Then other day, delivery guy came with second product and denied delivering because I don’t have exchange for it. Which I won’t as delivery guy took both. Again, I called customer service and they said they never received extra product and that now I will not get any refund.
            Seeing this unprofessional behavior, I decided to return the delivered product which is valid per return/exchange policy. But they started saying its non-returnable.

            This is very annoying, and they are pretty much doing fraud- Zivame and delivery partners [Delhivery] both should be banned.

                I have placed an order from Zivame in December Month. The order was having multiple items. Due to some reasons I had to return the items.
                I have returned all the items but received refund only for partial items.

                They are nor refunding me the amount for one item. First they were saying, they haven't received the item, later they started saying they received wrong item and not the one that was delivered to me.

                I showed them the successful pick up message of that particular item but still they are denying any refund and now stopped responding to emails and calls. I even went to higher authorities but in the end there is no satisfactory response.

                I don't understand, once the product is picked up from the customer location, how a customer is supposed to know what is happening with the product thereafter. And in case the right product is not returned to the Zivame team by the delivery partner then why customer should bear the loss of the same??
