Product never delivered

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Zivame for failing to deliver my order and for not processing the refund, despite repeated follow-ups.

I had placed an order on Zivame on 27th June 2025. However, even after more than 15 days, the product was not delivered. Due to the excessive delay, I attempted to cancel the order and requested a refund. Since then, I have contacted Zivame customer service multiple times....

    I haven't received refund for 12 products from the order no. #[protected].
    I have returned all the products and that is clearly reflecting in the app. as well.
    I had ordered 37 products from Zivame on 27th June '24. However due to various product related issues I returned all the products. Since then I am following up for my refund but they have not replied on my mails.
    Everytime I call their customer services they tell me that they will escalate the issue and I will be called back. But neither are they refunding me my money nor have they contacted me for anything.
    It has been more than a month that I have been following up with Zivame people.
    Kindly help me on this.

      I ordered 2 sports- activewears [Top and bottom] from Zivame after a 1.5-year gap. Prior to which I was regular user with Zivame.
      Product delivered were not proper fit, hence I raised exchange request for both the products and kept it as is. Delivery guy came after 2 days without prior intimation or message or call. NO update over email as well about pickup.
      I kept product with watchman, as delivered product was package of two, I kept it for exchange as is. Now Delivery guy delivered just one product and took both the products.

      Once I learned this from watchman after my office, I called them other day morning as their customer support ends at 6pm. I provided all the details and they promised to help.
      Same day I got email saying, as customer have sent extra product, customer will have to wait 15-20 days to get the refund. They completely removed the part which mentions their delivery guy intentionally took the extra product.

      Then other day, delivery guy came with second product and denied delivering because I don’t have exchange for it. Which I won’t as delivery guy took both. Again, I called customer service and they said they never received extra product and that now I will not get any refund.
      Seeing this unprofessional behavior, I decided to return the delivered product which is valid per return/exchange policy. But they started saying its non-returnable.

      This is very annoying, and they are pretty much doing fraud- Zivame and delivery partners [Delhivery] both should be banned.

        Items returned via Indian Post EP[protected]IN IVR:[protected] From SPP Kharar SO Rupnagar
        Called multiple times for refund since one year but no refund was provided.
        Refund amount is Rs.2335 including courier charges....

        I have placed an order from Zivame in December Month. The order was having multiple items. Due to some reasons I had to return the items.
        I have returned all the items but received refund only for partial items.

        They are nor refunding me the amount for one item. First they were saying, they haven't received the item, later they started saying they received wrong item and not the one that was delivered to me.

        I showed them the successful pick up message of that particular item but still they are denying any refund and now stopped responding to emails and calls. I even went to higher authorities but in the end there is no satisfactory response.

        I don't understand, once the product is picked up from the customer location, how a customer is supposed to know what is happening with the product thereafter. And in case the right product is not returned to the Zivame team by the delivery partner then why customer should bear the loss of the same??

            I have placed a order in zivame with order id[protected]. in their application under zcash question and answers section, , , in the 6th question, it's learly mentioned that payment made through bank account may be refunded either in the form of zcash or back to soure. When am asking them to refund back to my original source they are refusing to do so.

              I had returned the product more than 2 weeks before but still didn't get the refund yet. Every single time the customer care executive ask me to wait 3-5 working days and it is continuing.

                I ordered some bras from Zivame on 11-dec and received in time. I wanted to return 2 of them and they could not pick up. So I couriered it to them. The package came back as the address in the app was wrong. I had to call customer care and get the right address and send again. After all the these steps from my end, the package was delivered to them in 10-Jan. I had to follow up with images and receipts and mails and phone calls too. I thought the hard work is done and I will get my money now. It's 25-Feb today and I am still waiting for the money. I have called the customer care continuously and they keep asking me to call back after 3 days and no one is helping.

                  We are highly saddened by no response from your side regarding the payment for your team's visit (19 July 2023) to Madhavgarh Farm, Gurgaon.

                  My team has been constantly following up with you for one year. With every conversation, my team is forwarded to a new member from your end who does not entertain or address the issue whatsoever. The team is either asked to contact a new person or to contact at different times which further leads to no response at all.
                  I am certain that my team had been extremely supportive during your planning to visit and post that also but the payment has not been processed or taken seriously from your side.

                  We have also tried to contact your receptionist who is also not receptive to the issue or no contact details are shared of the concerned person. Further to inform you, we are told that nobody is there to listen or address this issue. My team has provided you with complete services including food, activities, day outing, entertainment, and whatnot, keeping in mind all your requirements and comfort which have been unnoticed by your team to the maximum potential.

                  This is complete negligence done by your administration and team. You are requested to share the details of your company's head if this cannot be processed immediately or a response is given or we will certainly be following legal action against your company as this is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.

                    I have ordered items from zivame on aug13 2023. Due to size issues i wanted to return, i have placed a request for return on aug16th 2023 but my product has not been picked untill December 2023 i have asked the support executives to send their address to self ship but they refused and later in December they have sent me address, i self shipped on December 6th 2023 and it has been delivered on 10th December, i conveyed the same to the support executive and she has told they received the product and initiated my return. But I didn't get the refund yet. I have been calling them from dec 10th and after continuously calling they are telling that haven't received it on jan 30th. I provided them all the proofs. If only they had informed me earlier i would contact my courier and get the confirmation. They have told me they received in the starting late they are refusing. I have added the proof of delivery too. Please check in to this

                      I've placed an order in zivame on Nov 30 2023..they have not delivered the order. The order was cancelled. But I didn't receive the refund. How many ever times I call them, they'll ask to wait for 72 hrs. But don't refund anything. Worst service from zivame. Plz resolve this issue. Order num[protected]

                        I have shopped my lingerie from the zivame store offline and the bill is of 3500 and when I went to change that because I have to gift I to someone else and she don't like so I went to change them and when I selected the new pieces they demand me the extra cash other then the credit amount by saying that now your bill must be more then the credit amount and in name of complementary they are forcing to buy panties and saying you cannot get another piece in that amount only panties are complementary and the behavior is also not good .I have also brought manything from he branded store but they don't ask for more credit amount next time I'm not gonna buy from zivame
