Hi Team, 4th time Internet down in last one week, is it the kind of service we expect. Rain & lightning a part of of life, but any issue post lightning if team require 12hr to 24hrs to resolve then it shows poor quality support from Alliance team. Today local team updated me before tomorrow after it can't be resolved, why????? Not only this for alst 2hrs I am trying to log a call & I called Toll free number 36times but it came busy 33 times & 3 times I am able to ring the bell but no one picked up the call is more surprising, so not only poor support but very poor call logging system, can't imagine how you provide Internet service like this. Do you really want to solute the issue, if not please let me know I will look for alternate options along with my entire housing people (we have many connections here). Note : I am surely eligible for a waiver as not able to use it for 4 business days, hence process the waiver to my account.
