Pathetic customer service with utter disregard for customer satisfaction. I've been facing connection problem since this whole month and even when i ask the customer care executives to send their certified engineer to oversee and resolve the issue at my premises they simply refuse and say it's up to the local isp to handle premises visit. The local operator does not have the sufficient man-power and would lie to me everytime i call. They've provided me with LAN ethernet cable connected to a switch instead of coaxial/fibre optic cable and now they want an extra Rs.1500 to replace the cable inspite of the fact that i've provided installation charges already. This is rather gross and inconvenient and compels me to consider leaving Alliance services soon. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I called to Customer care but they Always told me that plz wait we will gives it very soon.. but they not... This very bad connections .. they promise 1.25 mbbs at rs of 786 but they give me only 0.645 Mbbs speed...
They are bloody cheater. ...
