Alliance — alliance broadband preferred + plan | |||
Alliance is the worst service provider for internet so far - i am supposed to have 40 mbps download speed as per my plan, i am getting something in between 1-3 mbps - this started from sept 1st - and today is september 22nd. After several complaints, the issue is not yet fixed - i have recorded all conversations with csr and their 'engineers' (As demanded by alliance, though i am doubtful about their competency) - sometimes these people talk to me with so non-technical verbiage, which becomes more irritating. I am seeing now the only option is open for me to meet consumer forum with all details and demanding compensation for my loss of time and energy behind alliance calls and off-course the amount i have paid, just 3 days back. The service quality is so poor that I'm facing interrupted service even after high monthly rental. This is unacceptable and I demand a refund cause the services remain down for nearly half a month. Disgusted service ever.
