Alliance — Amount deducted from Bank but recharge failed

On 3rd May, 2022 I tried to recharge my wifi. The amount ₹590 got deducted from bank but there was server error so the transaction remained unsuccessful. ₹590 got deducted from my bank but the recharge was unsuccessful.
