Alliance — Being cheated for long | |||||
I am using Alliance broadband for long time . i have invoice history from 2012 and all i have captured already . my invoice date is fluctuating year by year, month by month in a random basis . i am paying for a whole month every time and i am not getting the services for the whole month every time . i have been cheated for long time . and there local customer service is worthless . most of the time there is not a single technician in their office to solve our problem or to attend us. i need compensation now . i need help badly, as i am being a loyal consumer for such a long time .
