Dear sir / madam, I am writing to you to raise an issue about: broadband internet The issue that i have experienced was: my internet connection of id [protected] is causing problem since last two weeks. From 20.05.2020 the internet connection is totally out. First it was pointed out to be a problem of router, then the problem got temporarily resolved. However the connection is totally out since 20.05.2020. It occurred on: 21/05/2020 Alliance broadband should adhere to the principle of customer satisfaction when the customer has never been a defaulter in payments even in this challenging time. Instead of doing the same, i was accounted with very rude and unpleasant behaviour of your agency in haldia township. I was told that as they didn't receive any government aid they will not do anything to attend to the problems. They even asked me to move to any other service provider. They didn't take my complaints. They are not picking up the phones.in this situation it is becoming difficult to continue with the services of yours. I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.
