Alliance — complaining about the service

This is Dimitri Mukherjee from Behala Chowrasta, Kalipada Mukherjee Road, want to complain about my network problem. My alliance network is not working for past 2 days. I informed you distributor regarding the same but they just checked and said that wire has some problem which needs to be changed but till now no service has been given to us and they're making numerous excuses. Very much dissatisfied with your service.Dont know if they will fix my problem or not. Just not expected from your company.
